I’ve been saying it for years… you can have all the Botox and filler you want, but you can’t inject your way out of poor skin quality!

Sometimes you come in asking for more filler or Botox, and I’ll suggest a laser instead.

My job isn’t to create insecurities. It’s to listen to your concerns and recommend what I believe will actually give you the best results.

“I don’t want to look like I’ve had filler.”

I hear this all the time—and I completely understand why.

Good filler shouldn’t announce itself. It should restore what we naturally lose with age, support facial structure, and create balance while still looking like you.

I’ll never convince you to do a treatment you don’t want. But I will ask what makes you hesitant, because often the fear isn’t filler itself—it’s the fear of looking overfilled or different.

My goal? Engage, not change. Refreshed. Balanced. Undetectable.

One of the things I’m most grateful for in my career is having the opportunity to work alongside plastic surgeons who have always supported my growth and continued education.

Last week, I had the opportunity to train with the incredibly talented @nurse_nina_injector (soon to be doctorate of nursing 🤯)through an @allergan_medical_institute sponsored training at @atlplasticsurgeons . We spent the day focusing on the lower face and jawline—an area where anatomy, technique, and thoughtful assessment matter so much.

Like traditional medicine, medical aesthetics evolves. It’s not always about a new product. Sometimes it’s a better understanding of anatomy, a refinement in technique, or a different approach that may help minimize bruising, improve precision, or make treatment safer based on what we continue to learn through anatomical and cadaver research.

No matter how many years I’ve been injecting, I never want to stop being a student of this field.

I’m grateful for mentors who share their knowledge, for surgeons who support my continued education, and for the opportunity to keep learning so I can continue giving my patients thoughtful, safe, natural results.

Just a mom doing the hard work. 🍌⚾️😂

The assignment: Get the kids’ posters signed. ✔️
The sacrifice: Track down a bunch of baseball players on the field. ✔️
The team: My besties, who bravely volunteered for the mission. 🫡 🏅 ✔️

And somehow… we got EVERY signature. 🙌🏼 🏁
Hopefully one day Grant & Julia will look back at this and realize the sacrifice I made. 🤩

Good aesthetics shouldn’t be obvious.

You should still look like you - just rested, refreshed, and maybe a little better than anyone can quite put their finger on. 😉

The goal isn’t to change your face. It’s to keep people guessing what you did… not where you got it done.

Undetectable > obvious. Always. ✅
