Ngl life in tha US has been pretty shi**y lately. Seeing all the atrocities that are being carried out nationwide on the daily-people being targeted, hurt, taken, separated, and now killed. Especially seeing this take place in so many LA neighborhoods has been disheartening, and it makes me so sad. 😔 This is not the country my ancestors dreamed of coming to for a better life. 🦋 We all deserve to be treated with compassion and dignity and to live that 🇺🇸 🇲🇽 dream!

I always hope that things will get better.... And I strongly BELIEVE they can...as long as we are TOGETHER and keep doing what we can to help. The silver lining in all this really has been in seeing people SPEAK UP and COME TOGETHER as a COMMUNITY! I've seen so many artists utilize their creativity and skill to make impassioned pieces of Art!
ART FOR THE GREATER GOOD!
🎨✊🏽💗 ART FOR A CAUSE!

As an Artist I think it's so important to create pieces you're passionate about, and when paired with an important message even more so! If you've been at a market or event I've done last year you might have seen these special pieces I made. As things have ramped up lately, I wanted to campaign to try and reach a larger audience to raise funds for those that have been affected. With each of these designs 100% of the proceeds will be donated to CHIRLA [The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights] a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of immigrants by providing legal services, community education, and policy advocacy ✨
Remember WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER ✊🏽💖 and as always 🖕🏽🧊 🙃 taken in Los Angeles, California by @the.figdesignhouse

Save a horse!

📸 @oneil_rdz

I was inspired in Chinatown (Downtown Los Angeles) to make these earrings! @the.figdesignhouse, whom I met at a festival there, had the tools and knowledge to make them a reality!

Also, just thrifted this gorgeous hat in Los Angeles! What a great find! taken in Los Angeles, California by @the.figdesignhouse
