“We’re not photogenic.”

“Ted won’t sit still.”

Two things Chantelle and Scott told me before Ted’s session.

The funny thing is, neither matters.

When I photograph dogs and their people, your dog is the star of the show. You’re simply part of their story.

Ted spent the evening doing what Golden Retrievers do best… playing, exploring and being his happy, boisterous self.

No perfect poses. No pressure.

Just beautiful moments and a whole lot of love.

And honestly, Ted absolutely nailed it. 🐾✨

𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦.

It’s about what those photos become later.

I’m now balancing this alongside a full time role
and instead of stepping away from photography
I’ve chosen to go deeper with it.

Fewer sessions
more intention
more meaning in what I create for each family

Because I know what it’s like to look back at photos
and realise they’re everything you have left of that time.

Not because I have to
but because of how I want this to feel for you.

Time to slow down
space to just be with your dog
and images that are created with care, not rushed through.

It means only a handful of sessions are available each month.

But it also means what you receive feels different.

More personal
more meaningful

There’s been a quiet shift in how I photograph sessions.

Not in how they feel
but in how I choose to work.

I’m now creating a smaller number of sessions
more intentional, more considered
designed to become artwork in your home.

Nothing rushed.
Nothing forced.

Just honest moments with your dog
the kind you’ll want to hold onto.

Because I know how quickly it all changes
and how much these images come to mean over time.

A small number of sessions are released each month.
