“The Eternal City”, Rome, comes from the ancient belief that it was meant to last forever not just in power, but in meaning. The Romans saw it as something destined, something that would endure even as everything around it changed.

Mid-Year Reflection (in October) because on December 31st, I’ll probably be too busy and it is a bit cliché anyway.

🌿 Calm. Open. Grounded.

This is what I’ve learned to be.
When things don’t go as planned, the more we push, the more it hurts.
So I’m learning to breathe — to let go, to trust.

There’s a quiet wisdom and peace I find in nature —
