We’re talking about finding a bit of self-love, specifically with mirror work.

Also aging. A lot of times I feel younger than I really am. They say an addict’s emotional age is their real age, minus their years of use. I feel that. Reconciling all the selves within is part of the work.

It’s the New Year! One thing I always remind myself of is that the things I want, what I want to achieve, and the person I want to be is on the other side of acting.

Every action you take is vote for the person you want to be.

Get up, get out, and get something!

Mood follows action.
