Officially a Falcon! ❤️🩶

Very excited and endlessly praising Jesus for the opportunity to continue playing basketball at Friends University despite 3 different ACL tears. A true testimony to his glorious power and his unconditional love. Thank you to my coaches, teammates, family, friends, physical therapists, and doctors, who made this 14 year dream possible. I cannot put into words how much this truly means to me! Can’t wait to create new memories with my wonderful new teammates!

Ponca Week 6! ⛰️🌸

First week as a counselor and these kids just blew my mind away. The way they worship and love Christ from such an early age is so incredible to see! Being able to talk with them each day and watch their relationship with Christ grow throughout the week was such a special thing. Thank you Jesus for such a glorious time in praising your name!

“Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”

Ponca Bible Camp 2026🌄⛰️

Third and final year as a camper at Ponca Bible Camp. What a blessing it’s been to come here for the past three years and worship Christ! So many memories and friendships made at such a special place!

God put so many new friends in my life this week to which I can’t thank him enough. Very grateful to be in such a tight-knit cabin with a bunch of very loving, God-fearing women. A lot of what we talked about in Chapel this past week really hit home. How God gets our attention during the pain and how we can’t hide or run away from it. We have to embrace it and give it all to Jesus. How I will never be able to satisfy my own flesh and how the desires of the flesh go against the desires of the Spirit. How the only way to be free is by expressing my faith through love. How JESUS is Love! So many of these things have been struggles that God really brought to light this week. Feeling the Holy Spirit move through the words spoken during Chapel is a whole other feeling, that is impossible to describe. By far my favorite thing during camp was watching the Passion Play. You never really realize how much Christs resurrection means to you, until you watch it. Watching the Passion Play brought me so many emotions. Joy in watching the little children interact with Christ, shock at the betrayal of Judas, grief when Jesus was arrested, and brokenness when he was hung on that cross as an innocent man. But when Jesus rose on the third day, the joy and reality of everything he did for me truly hit. In addition, this feeling is felt while worshiping with those at camp who love the Lord just as much as I do. What a blessing it is to be surrounded by friends who know and love Jesus Christ.

“So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.” Galatians 4:16-18 taken in Ponca Bible Camp by @the.han.j22

Grad Post is a week late like all my pre-calc assignments🎓🤭

Thank you Remington for being my home for the past 14 years of my life. From Pre-k through senior year, countless memories have been made to which I cherish each and every one of them. Thank you Jesus for making it all possible and for the amazing teachers, friends, and coaches throughout the years. Isaiah 41:10

Senior Season ✅

Thank you Jesus for the wonderful last 4 years of Bronco basketball. Getting to praise you through basketball is always a joy! Thank you for the amazing support through teammates, coaches, friends, and parents. Though my season was cut short because of another knee injury, I’m forever grateful for the time spent and memories made. Blood, sweat, and tears, poured out into the sport I love most and it was all worth it. All of this capable because of a very loving God! Words cannot describe how much I will miss all of this. Very fortunate to say that this isn’t the end, just until later…❤️🏀

Also if you can’t tell, my favorite thing in basketball is smilin and giving hugs🤭

Senior Year Cross Country✅

Been in denial about making this post for far too long.

Never would have imagined that I would grow to love this sport so much! In the sport that has caused me many tears, comes some of the best memories and the most joy. Started XC my 7th grade year just to stay in shape and by senior year absolutely fell in love with it. This sport has challenged me in many ways that I don’t think any other sport could have. It has pushed me to become mentally stronger and most importantly helped me grow my faith with Christ. It’s built solid friendships and memories that will both last a lifetime.

Thank you to my wonderful family, teammates, and coaches that have made the last 6 years a true blessing! Forever grateful to be apart of a closely bonded team like this! Most importantly thank you Jesus for the ability to run to your Glory!
