4 months until Ramadan… and yes, I know, it might seem a bit early. 😉

But because this will be an Inner Moon community project, I wanted to start sharing it with you already.

15 physical days. 15 digital days.
A Ramadan experience created by the community, for the community.

I’m so grateful to have the support of Papierdrachen who believe in this idea and are helping me bring it to life. ✨🥹 More details soon. #ramadanprep #ramadancountdown #papierdrachen #calendar #community by @the.innermoon

Working on the nafs, the inner Self, is a journey between light and shadow.

Between what we embrace
and what we are still learning to transform.

Through it all,
Allah is our anchor. 🤍#islam #fyp #quran #tawakkulallah #innerwork by @the.innermoon

I’m excited to announce that I’m bringing our Inner Rhythms conversation circle online to connect with Muslim women all over the world, share and reflect 🤍

It will be a space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and engage in meaningful conversations with changing topics. Date and time: We’ll decide together with the community when it suits you best. Khair insha’Allah 🤲🏼

My gifts, my light. 🕯️✨

Our second Inner Rhythms gathering was all about connection and making space for ourselves. In our DIY special, we chose our strengths, used pearls to write them down and added them to our candles, as a reminder of the light we carry within us.

What’s one strength you’re proud of? 🤍#muslimwomenempowerment #diy #fyp #muslim #noor taken in Cologne, Germany by @the.innermoon

A little behind the scenes of Inner Rhythms. 🤍
An idea that started years ago, rooted in a genuine interest in connection, mindfulness and creating spaces where Muslim women can slow down and reconnect. #muslimwomenempowerment #muslimah #fyp #mindfulness #alhamdulillah taken in Cologne, Germany by @the.innermoon

Why Inner Rhythms?

We can have so many people around us and still miss deeper connection. In the middle of everyday life, there’s often little space for conversations that go beyond the surface, for truly being heard, feeling seen, and simply being yourself.

Sometimes we don’t need more people. We just need deeper connection. With ourselves first. And then with the people around us. 🤍#muslimwomenempowerment #muslimah #safespace #fyp #womensupportingwomen taken in Cologne, Germany by @the.innermoon

🌙 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 | 𝟬𝟲

“˹That light shines through houses of worship which Allah has ordered to be raised, and where His Name is mentioned.”
Qur’an 24:36

One of my favourite parts of travelling has always been visiting the local mosque. No matter where I was in the world, alḥamdulillāh, stepping into a mosque always gave me the same feeling: home.

Different countries. Different languages. Different cultures. Yet the same qiblah, the same adhan, the same peace.

🤍 Can you guess where these mosques are? #Mosque #muslim #muslimcommunity #muslimwomen #muslimah taken in Around The World by @the.innermoon
