Did you know that roses of different colours can also have different fragrances?

While we typically see red roses as the most romantic, they do not always have the most vibrant and sweet scents. It is worth experimenting and layering your bouquets to harmonise the fragrance.

An interesting dynamic that we have at Maison Mills ( @lesmaisonmills ) is that our artisans are spread across so many locations. Some of us, like myself, are here in Australia, others in Italy, and others again in France.

Whilst certainly not the most logistics friendly structure, it does allow our artisans to collaborate, create, and curate items with skills and materials that would largely be impossible otherwise.

Here we have me (Jared Mills) applying the Maison Mills seal to a finished item, as well as some images of near finished items.

It is Fall/Autumn in my home city now, and it is becoming quite cool. Which is good, because I can get out and take some nice, and perhaps over the top, photoshoots.

I was able to capture a James Bond style shoot recently, but that is not ready. by @the.jared.mills

Last week, I had a fellow tell me I look 55... do I really?

A) I'm just Ken
B) I'm 33
C) My grey hairs are just from a high stress life. I've earned my early grey-fox status 🐺

I don't think I look 55... like a potato, maybe... do I look like I'm in my 50s? by @the.jared.mills
