We are SO honored to have @tacoselcowboy.bayarea cooking up killer food on 10/24 that we decided to throw a mini fall market! We've snagged the newest and greatest @jumpingbeancoffeeco . They're are slinging some of the most creative coffees around. @joyous.juice is freshly cold pressing some of his fan favorites. @doughalamar rocking her new fall flavors. Rounding the day out with some of our absolute favorite makers! @woodyoucreation with her one of a kind charcuterie boards (she's also engraving that day!) @sugarbutterlovebites will have their whole line up of treats! Get the Bourbon pecan before it's gone! @handmadewithlovebyjanis with the cutest fall decor you've ever seen @pearlandhammer because every event needs gorgeous jewelry and Dez does not disappoint! Not to mention her display is top notch. 😘 On top of all of that greatness, we will have a Pumpkin (Carving or Decorating) contest! ($10 per pumpkin) We will have all the supplies but they are limited! The winner will receive 1 DOZEN cinnamon rolls!!! The event is from 10-3! However most makers will be there early! taken in Made Out of Dough by @the.local_spot

Okayyy it’s officially happening 🥹🍂 My first Sourdough 101 class is here!! Come spend the evening with me learning sourdough from start to finish — starter basics, mixing your dough, stretch & folds, shaping, proofing, baking + all the little tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way. 🤎 No experience needed!! Whether you’ve been wanting to start but have no idea where to begin, or you’ve tried and still feel like sourdough is personally attacking you lol this class is for you! And of course, you won’t leave empty handed! You’ll go home with your own sourdough starter & your own loaf of dough to proof and bake at home so you can put everything you learned into practice. 📅 Thursday, October 22 ⏰ 6 PM 📍 The Local Spot 💰 $100 per person ✨ Snacks + refreshments provided Sign-ups close Sunday, October 18 or once spots are filled! DM me “101” to sign up. Your spot is officially confirmed once payment is received. 🤎 I’m sooo excited for this! by @the.local_spot

THE MARIA EDIT: THE LOCAL SPOT A few weekends ago, I wandered into @the.local_spot in Belmont—and came out with a very full tote. The shop is made up of small, thoughtful displays from makers right here in San Mateo, Belmont, and nearby: pottery, candles, honey, jewelry, watercolor kits, and the kind of small finds that make a gift feel personal. I especially loved reading the little notes about each maker as I browsed. And because @madeoutofdough is right inside, I left with a warm cinnamon roll, too—one of the last of the day. They sell out, so consider this a gentle nudge to get there early. Curated with love. Shared because it’s worth knowing. by @the.local_spot
