👉🏽REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE

POSTS STORIES REELS

Do we still believe in the power of love family?!

All around the world two stories are simultaneously happening. One written in fear. One written by faith.

One story is being written from deep hopelessness while another composes itself on embers of pure hope.

Virgo stands in the middle of our yearly cycle of the stars. She reminds us to look back, to learn from the past, to INTEGRATE the lessons and look forward.

Today Venus completes her 8 year cycle, returning to the same point, composing a journey that resembles The Rose.
8 years ago Venus retrograded in the same place as she does now… ViRGO, the Divine Mother.
Birthplace of Mary.

I just shared a contemplation of Venus and Virgo on our Living Stars call and it’s got my heart cracked open.

My heart breaks for humanity in so many ways each day. AND my heart opens in hope and awe because all around me I witness human beings giving their whole hearts to do good work!!

I’m reminded that only I can do what I’m called by Creator to do. AND I cannot do it alone.

Do you still think you aren’t enough? Do you need some hope and inspiration to keep that beautiful heart open?

Retrograde is all about RE-winding, RE-aligning, RE-membering, RE-discovering …

Who am I ?!
What lights my heart up?
How can I be of service today?
Where can I let more Love into my life?

If you want to receive the recording of our Venus call the drop your favorite emoji for LovE and I’ll send it your way.

I see you
I love you
Come as you are. by @the.love.alchemist

I was taught to speak my name to the four directions to call my soul home
To never leave a part of myself behind.
To call to my soul to return back home to my body after leaving a place.

I’ve kept this practice for the last decade since we lived at Standing Rock, and what its taught me spiritually is much deeper than just speaking my name.

This practice showed me how fragmented the soul can become from the body, and how dissociated humanity has become from who Creator created us to be.

Its easy to numb, to disconnect, to forget, to disassociate.
But the disassociation is destroying us.

The greatest human wound is that we have FORGOTTEN who we truly are.
ITS TIME TO REMEMBER WHO WE ARE.

Over the past decade I have been calling parts of myself Home that had been abandoned long ago. These ten years have been a journey of deconditioning and remembering, a decade of unwinding from the programming and becoming who Creator created me to be.

And this journey back to Standing Rock has anchored in me clarity and calling. My heart is broken wide open, and that is how it will remain, because this is how we get to LOVE as big as God created us to.

What of my heart?
My heart as wild as sweetgrass and sage growing in endless prairie fields.
My heart that sings the songs of water and sun and stars and soul.
My heart that grows twice as big as soon as we turn onto those long dakota dirt roads,
knowing my soul is makin’ room to love as big as that western sky.

Returning to Standing Rock last month, some very important parts of my heart found their way home, and I can’t wait to tell you all the stories.

We’ve been back in Charleston a week and taking this time to restore, to be still, to rest and integrate it all.

Monet and I have much to share and we want to welcome you into the dreams Creator is creating with us. Stay tuned for the GOOD NEWS.
If you want to stay connected and create together make sure you are on our email list.

Venus has begun her retrograde period moving through VIRGO!
October 3rd -November 14th
43 days to RE-Align and Re-MEMBER who you are.
“Remembering GOD AS LOVE

I love a good 40 day practice so I will sharing all the LOVE with you in my Skool through this retrograde period.

Maybe you have been taught to fear retrogrades or even to fear the stars.

Astrosophy realigns us to the wisdom of the stars aligned with Sophia/ with God / with Creator and all of creation!
Do not fear the stars. Do not fear the cycles of nature.
Just as most systems have been colonized and corrupted, so has the wisdom of the stars.

The language of the stars is FELT and SEEN through witnessing the stars and planets with your eyes and listening with the eye of the heart.

Retrogrades are not to be feared, they are periods of time when the veil is pulled back to support us to realign ourselves with God and Nature.

Creator says... slow down and hear me.
Re-flect
Re-asses
Re-imagine
Re-veal
Re-connect
Re-turn
Re-ceive
Re-member!

Venus retrograding through Virgo begins in the Gene Key that calls forward that painful shadow of Inadequacy.
Whooooosh! We all know this one.

That fearful voice that says “You’re not enough”. “You need more money, more stuff, more knowledge, more followers, more house, more cars, more clothes, more...more..more...”

The material world feeds off this shadow.

So that is where we will begin our 40 day journey...
loving that part of you that doesn’t remember
YOU ARE WORTHY
YOU ARE ENOUGH
YOU ARE A CHILD OF CREATOR
YOU ARE LOVED

If you want to receive and journey with me through the stars... follow along on our Living Stars Skool.

Dropping a masterclass on Venus and Virgo Monday ! by @the.love.alchemist

Let Spirit lead! Let Spirit breathe in and through you! Let Spirit guide you like leaves on the water.

We’ve been traveling through the Dakotas since August visiting relatives. Every day we give thanks and let God lead the way… and we could write a book on the miracles that we get to experience.

Your will not mine!
Creator lead us in a good way.

When we “try” and “force” and “work hard” in this life without being in alignment with Spirit , life is so hard.

Monet likes to say… “be a leaf not a rock in Gods River.”

This is her reminder to TRUST and SURRENDER to Gods will. Creator created us. Creator knows us. Creator loves us!!!

When you force your will or focus on wealth instead of being a vessel for Spirit to flow through….. you are heavy like a rock. Weighted down in the material realm. And you sink.

Instead, we can be like water. Be the vessel for Spirit to move through. And this is our way of flowing in Gods river. Supported and guided, light and free to go where God wants us, to love as God loves, to create as Creators instruments.

This journey has been an experience of awe and grace. We are choosing to live in devotion to this way of the water. To know a life of perpetual awe.

In the midst of grief and heartache, we also have access to Light and Joy.

This is the way to wholeness and restoration. We don’t ignore the suffering, not our own or our brothers and sisters and children. Instead we can actually walk along side, feeling the suffering, carrying it together and returning to joy together.

There is much to be created in this Great Rebirth/ Remembering. Lesssss go!

We love you!
Choose peace in every step.

Ps. My next group experience “Divine by Design” is suppose to begin next week but as I let Spirit lead… I am postponing a few weeks to allow a few more relatives to join the journey.
If you want to remember your Gifts and gain clarity on your calling. Or if you have a western diagnosis of “mental illness” and you want to see yourself beyond the label… this is for you! by @the.love.alchemist

It was in the Year of the Water when we were called together from all over the world to the banks of the Cannon Ball. And now, 10 year later, we joined our hearts together again. What comes next is up to us.

2016 was a Water year, according to the Dagara Cosmology of Africa, and we are living now in another Water year, 2026. A time to LISTEN to the water. A time to PRAY with / for the water. A time to FEEL and HEAL.

10 years ago Spirit called Protectors of the Water from all over the world to the banks of the Cannon Ball River on the sacred lands of Standing Rock, and 10 years later we gathered again…. to pray, to share stories, to sing, to dance, to listen, to heal and to rise again in love and honor of our beloved Mother Earth.

There were a little over 100 Water Protectors who gathered for our Mni Wichoni 10 Year #nodapl Reunion and I imagine that for every person present there were 100 or more water protectors who wanted to be there in physical but couldn’t. And for every person present there were 1000 ancestors here in Spirit. Those who have crossed to the Star Camp. Those who came before us who lived in harmony and right relationship with all of Nature. Those who carry the Spirit of the Water.

We grieved together. We listened and loved and savored every second.
For all of our relatives who wanted to be there but couldn’t, you were felt and missed and our time is coming!!

What do you want more than anything?!!

What if the thing you long for most, and the thing you most grieve are linked?

Join me this Wednesday for a deep dive into WHAT IS A SOUL BLUEPRINT?!!

If the magi were mystics devoted to the wisdom of the stars, then why wouldn’t we live in relationship with the stars today?!!

What happens when ancient star wisdom meets modern self-discovery frameworks?

On this week’s episode of Finding Harmony, I talked with Sarah Poe about the systems she uses to help people reconnect with what she calls their “soul blueprint” — AstroSophy, true sidereal astrology, Gene Keys, and Human Design.

What struck me most wasn’t the mysticism (though there’s plenty of that). It was Sarah’s core premise: that so much modern burnout, anxiety, and disconnection comes from trying to live someone else’s path — a template that was never ours to begin with. Her work is about stripping away the conditioning — of culture, family, and inherited expectation — to find the version of you that was there all along.

Whether or not astrology is your thing, that question is worth sitting with: how much of what you’re striving for is actually yours?

If there’s one thing this wild-spirit led- nomadic life has taught us it’s this….

Trust that Creator has a great adventure planned for you/ for us…. And it’s greater than you can fathom.

When you allow God to lead the way, the way gets to be good.

When you allow God to serve through you, it’s gets to be wildly good.

The more simple , the more free.

The lighter you walk, the more Light moves through you.

And , all the rough roads prepare you for the great adventure God created you for. So lean in, let go, choose faith and serve the highest good.

It’s get to be soooo good!

Can’t wait to see what Creator is cocreating with us next!!! Stay tuned!

Ps. You can be mother / daughter and bff and create and serve together!

Everywhere you look… humans are trying to biohack their way to “health” & “wealth” and I’m over here getting closer to the OG Biohacker…. G.O.D… feeling Light and soooo Loved!

We live in this wild world where humans are sold “quick fixes” and short cuts to “build wealth” , get thin, erase wrinkles….

and I get it. Because we live in a world where 95% of the grocery stores are filled with foods that are toxic and most of the world doesn’t have clean water.

I lived through a decade in my 20’s and early 30’s where I took all the pills they told me I needed, spent 1,000s each month on trying to heal from the abuse and the weight of trauma that nearly killed me.

I just wanted the cycle of suffering to end! So I trusted the “authorities”, took the pills, did the things… and ended up digging myself deeper and deeper into dependence on outside “fixes” that didn’t heal anything!!

I lost my house in 2008.
Not because of the “crash of 2008” (though that’s the small talk story I tell sometimes).

I lost my house. My business. My partner. My sanity. Because I was outsourcing my healing to a broken system.

I felt lost. Hopeless. Alone. Desperate.
And I look around and see that version of me in so many people I meet.

And
I’m grateful for all those years and all the dark periods in my life. Because it helped me carry empathy for others and lit a fire in my bones to not only find my way HOME , but to go back into the fire and light the way Home for others.

Here’s what I know now at 50.

The Consciousness of Christ is the original bio hack for our journey to wholeness.

We’re all here to share a unique gift with the world. Every. Single. Person Carrie’s something no one else does. And when you remember it and live it… armies of Angels come to your aid.

Your body IS divine technology!! Like… the most advanced intelligence we can’t even fathom!!!

We’re here to unite body and soul.
The Anthropos = you are Human AND Divine! Remembering this is the first step to divine biohacking!

YahWeh, THE Breath of God is the most miraculous tool that literally breathes life into us, body and soul.

The Great Shift is here.. FOR US. Are you ready to die to the old and allow the true you to be born?!
We are on the very edge of possibly most beautiful expansion of our lives.... and its up to us what we co-create moving forward.
What is possible right now is palpable
If you feel like you’ve been in the cocoon for long enough... you are not alone. Its time to REMEMBER WHO WE ARE and let our wings break through the chrystalis and fly into the next journey.
If you are feeling the contraction, the threshold, the magnetic pulse for real change... this is for you.
There is a story written in the stars right now that is pointing us forward in a good way.... but first.... we’re asked to look back to see where we’ve been. The current alignments have a deep ancestral message for us that is all about how to move beyond collective stress (that is man made) and come together in Oneness.

If you follow the stars at all you’ve likely heard a lot of conversations around the “Barbault’s Basket” that we have been moving in. And if you are in this space, as in Living Stars, then you know we look at the stars in curiosity and awe through the lens of Astrosophy.
And so, I have prepared a special video for you on the Barbault’s Basket through the lens of Astrosophy, true Sidereal and the Gene Keys. I also took us back to the conjunction of 2020 and the conjunction on this past 4th of July that related to the 1st 4th of July.
You can watch on my Skool community - Living Stars. Comment Stars for the link

And for those of you who want to integrate more star wisdom aligned with Christ into your lives... you will love the monthly Cosmology Calls in the premium level of our skool. by @the.love.alchemist

26 magical years!!! Happy birthday my girl!!
You are the Light that pierces through the veil and inspires The Light on earth. You invoke magick the way Creator meant for us to live… in awe and wonder and play and creativity and love.
You are a healer in ways that need no title or certification, just presence and the gift to help others see this world through the eyes of a child.
I find more reasons to love you each day. And I’m so excited for all the goodness and love God is creating with you / through you!

It gets to be SO GOOD!
I love you
I love you

I did it! I Am 50!!!
I have journeyed into the “second half” of life!!

All I had to do was to keep breathing and step over the threshold!!

A threshold that met me with unexpected grief, a deep guttural growling in the depths of my soul and a gift from God that has my heart open wider than ever before.

I experienced such a sweet profound shift over this past month and I know its just beginning.

THANK YOU THANK YOU to every single person who took a moment to send me the love around this big birthday. I appreciate you.

THANK YOU THANK YOU to Monet Poe who holds my heart and lifts my soul at every stage of the waves of life. We are so blessed to surf this wild life together ( and here’s to getting on boards this summer!) I LOVE YOU!

THANK YOU THANK YOU to my brothers Steve Poe and Ben, my sister-in-love Elizabeth Poe, my Mama Darcel Poe, my dad Alan Poe and my magical neices and my nephew. To my whole family.... Ya’ll light up my heart.

THANK YOU THANK YOU to the friends who have stayed the course with me all these years. A true treasure. May we all know the love that rides the waves of time with grace and truth.

In all these years dancing and wrestling with God, I know this : God is always paving a way forward for our highest goodness, and this, for me, involves tears. Tears of joy and grief and everything in between. Tears are the sacred waters that cleanse the soul, and I have cried buckets these past few weeks, with my old pals JOY and Grief.

If your old pal Grief has ever paid you a visit before a birthday, or is visiting you right now... I have written a little substack to hopefully shed some LIGHT in your heart.

Grief is a dear friend that helps us clear the way for the new.... make friends with your wounds and offer them gifts of grace. Welcome the lost parts of you home.

Whoosh! I am cleared and ready for what God dreams to co-create with and through me! And I know it’s gonna be GOOD! by @the.love.alchemist
