A season shaped by patience, precision and decades of craftsmanship, where every detail, from the field to the final milling, influences the character of the tea.
Gyokuen 8, our organic matcha served exclusively at The Matcha Club.
Gentle and mellow with a soft, refined umami, it was designed to pair beautifully with milk while remaining balanced and elegant as tea itself.

Alongside our housemade Matcha Soft Ice, at both stores, and a rare matcha cultivar served exclusively at our flagship store.

Developed over the past months through ongoing tasting and refinement, each offering explores a different expression of tea, shaped by seasonality, preparation, and ingredient selection.
