What if the patterns keeping you stuck are the very ones your mind has learned to see as normal?

Sometimes, what’s keeping you stuck isn’t just what’s happening around you. It’s the story you’ve learned to tell yourself about it

And because they’ve been part of your life for so long, you may not even question them.

But here’s what I want you to remember:

Familiar doesn’t always mean healthy. And a belief you’ve carried for years isn’t necessarily the truth.

Your mind can learn new patterns. You can challenge old beliefs, change how you respond and begin making different choices.

You don’t have to remain loyal to a version of yourself shaped by your past.

Awareness is where your inner recode begins.

💜 Which of these three patterns resonated with you most?

Break generational patterns by @the.mindrecode

What if your lack of self-confidence isn’t the problem, but a reflection of what you’ve learned to believe about yourself?

Somewhere along the way, you may have learned that being good enough means being everything to everyone.

That making mistakes means failing.

That putting yourself first is selfish.

And over time, these beliefs can become so deeply ingrained that you stop questioning whether they’re even true.

But here’s something I want you to reflect on:

Who could you become if you stopped living by beliefs you never consciously chose?

The version of you who learned to stay quiet, seek approval or put her own needs last may have been doing the best she could with what she knew.

You can honour her without remaining bound by the beliefs she learned along the way.

Because growth isn’t always about becoming someone new.

Sometimes, it’s about reconnecting with who you are beneath the fear, expectations and self-doubt.

And that’s where the deeper inner work begins. 💜

This is why I created Rebuild HER™ - The Inner Transformation.

A six-week group coaching experience designed to support women in challenging limiting beliefs, breaking unhelpful patterns, rebuilding self-trust and stepping confidently into their next chapter.

Because you weren’t meant to spend your life questioning your worth, silencing your needs or waiting for permission to become the woman you want to be.

✨ Our founding group begins 11 November.

If you’re ready to begin rewriting your inner story, DM REBUILD. I’d love to share how we can work together.

Your past may have shaped your beliefs, but it doesn’t have to write your next chapter.

What if the beliefs keeping you stuck were never consciously chosen by you? 🧠

You weren’t born believing you weren’t good enough

Somewhere along the way, through experiences, relationships and repeated messages, you may have learned to question your worth, doubt your abilities or fear making the wrong decisions. And without even realising it, those beliefs may still be influencing the choices you make today.

You consciously desire change, yet find yourself repeating familiar patterns. But here’s what I want you to remember. Just because a belief feels familiar doesn’t mean it’s true.

You can challenge what you’ve learned
Challenge the stories you’ve carried
And begin choosing differently

Your past may have shaped your beliefs, but it doesn’t have to define your future.

You don’t have to remain loyal to a belief simply because you’ve carried it for years.

Awareness is where your inner recode begins.

💜Which of these five signs resonated with you most?

Save this for the moments you need to challenge an old belief.

'Tum Baree Beti Ho… [you are the eldest daughter], four words that shaped generations of daughters.

But at what cost?

Growing up as the eldest daughter in a South Asian household often comes with an unspoken rulebook.

- Tum baree ho, tumhe samajhna chahiye.
You're the eldest, you should understand.

- Tum baree ho, tumhe sab sambhalna hai.
You're the eldest, you must hold everything together.

And somewhere between being the responsible one, the understanding one and the one everyone depends on, we begin to lose ourselves.

What happens when responsibility becomes your identity?

When sacrifice becomes your measure of love?

And when setting boundaries is seen as disrespect?

I was joined by the wonderful Maj @the.mindrecode for a powerful and much needed Instagram Live, 'Tum Baree Beti Ho, The South Asian Pandemic.

We unpacked the cultural conditioning, generational expectations, people-pleasing patterns and emotional burdens so many eldest daughters have inherited without ever questioning them. We had a few younger daughters who could relate too which gave a great mix to the conversation.

We also shared our own experiences of carrying the badge of Baree Beti with pride, until life events leald us to begin recognising the cost of that identity.

Being the eldest daughter is a position in the family, NOT a lifelong obligation to abandon yourself.

Some traditions deserve to be honoured.

Others deserve to end with us.

WATCH THE REPLAY and join the conversation.

We would love to hear from you

Were you raised to be a daughter, or were you raised to be responsible for everyone else?

Share your reflections below, and tag a Baree Beti who needs to hear this conversation.

There’s a space between who you were and who you’re becoming

And sometimes, that space can feel uncomfortable

The old version of you no longer fits
The old patterns are becoming harder to ignore
But the woman you’re becoming doesn’t quite feel like you yet

This is the rebuild

A season of recoding the beliefs that kept you stuck.
Rebuilding deep self-trust
Strengthening your relationship with yourself and Allah
Creating healthier boundaries
And becoming emotionally steady and confident as you step into your next chapter

You are not starting again. You are rebuilding from everything life has taught you.

And Rebuild HER™ isn’t about rejecting the woman you are today in pursuit of someone “better”

It’s about honouring who you are now, appreciating how far you’ve already come, and consciously rebuilding from within as you step into your next chapter

You don’t have to dislike who you are to desire more for yourself

You can love the woman you are today while becoming the woman you’re called to be. And as you rebuild, remember to live here too.

Notice your growth
Celebrate the small shifts
Enjoy the ordinary moments along the way

Because your life isn’t waiting for you at the finish line. It’s happening now.

Keep taking the next small step
Keep making du’a with conviction
Keep showing up for the woman you said you wanted to become

And trust Allah with everything you cannot yet see

What Allah has written for you will never miss you
Welcome to your next chapter

FIRST SHOWDOWN — PRESENTING 🎥 @islamchannel

I’ve just completed my first-ever Today Show, I genuinely gave it my best shot!

With no rehearsal, multitasking, listening through my earpiece, following the autocue, switching between cameras and trying to remember everything at once… there was A LOT going on! 😂🎥

Was I perfect? Absolutely not! 😂 I definitely had a few little moments including accidentally calling @rukshana911_ Talbina 🤦🏽‍♀️😂. But that’s all part of learning, growing and getting more comfortable in front of the camera.

A massive shout-out and thank you to all of my wonderful guests who came along and shared their knowledge, experiences and energy.

🥊 Thank you @aneekacoaching for leading a fantastic live fitness workout. We’ll be bringing you more easy and accessible workouts very soon as part of a short fitness series.

🍲 Thank you @rukshana911_ for joining me and showing us how to make Talbina, while sharing the connection between nutrition, faith and wellbeing. More short cooking demonstrations are coming!

🧠 Thank you @the.mindrecode for showing us how mindfulness works, sharing a little about hypnosis and giving us some simple tips to support our emotional wellbeing.

This is just the beginning! 🌱

I’m excited to keep learning, improving and bringing you conversations around women’s wellbeing, nutrition, faith, mindset and fitness.

Thank you to everyone who supported me, watched, joined us and encouraged me.

More to come! 🎥✨

DAY 2/90 — REBUILD HER™ ♾️

Yesterday, you decided what you want

Today, I want you to understand why you want it

Take the three goals you chose for October and look at each one individually

Ask yourself:

Why does this actually matter to me?

If your goal is around your health, don’t stop at “I want to lose weight” or “I want to get fitter.”

Why?

Is it because you want to feel stronger? More energised? More confident in your body? Because you want to take better care of yourself?

If your goal is around your career or finances, why does it matter?

Is it freedom? Security? Independence? Growth? More choices? Being able to provide more?

And if your goal is your relationship with yourself, go deeper there too.

Why do you want to trust yourself more?
Why do you want stronger boundaries?
Why do you want to stop putting your own needs last?

What would change in your life if you truly had that relationship with yourself?

Your goal tells you what you want

Your WHY reminds you why it’s worth showing up for

YOUR DAY 2 PRACTICE 🪞

Take your 3 October goals and underneath each one write:

I want this because…

Then keep asking yourself “Why?” until you reach the feeling or meaning underneath the goal.

Don’t just connect with what you want.

Connect with why it matters to you

And on the days when you don’t feel motivated, come back to your why.

Because these 90 days aren’t about being perfect.

They’re about showing up for yourself, one intentional day at a time.

Recently Maj @the.mindrecode and I were talking about something, and I said, 'I’m the baree beti…The eldest daughter.

And that opened up a whole conversation about everything those words carry.

'You should understand'
'Why don’t you ask for forgiveness?
'Behave like the eldest and they will listen'
'You remain silent'

But when did being the eldest stop being your birth order and start becoming your IDENTITY?

Join Maj Ahmed, Hypnotherapist| Mind Coach and myself for a gutsy conversation about how being the eldest daughter shapes our sense of responsibility, people-pleasing patterns and the pressure to meet unrealistic family expectations.

We’ll explore the conditioning carried into adulthood and the cost of allowing those patterns to continue playing havoc in every aspect of your life.

And yes we are 'baree betis' too and will share our own stories.

Come and join us for

DAY 1/90 — REBUILD HER™ ♾️

I want you to give yourself the next 90 days
And I’m doing this right alongside you

Everything I’m asking you to reflect on, commit to and take action on during this journey, I’ll be doing too.

So today, grab your journal and ask yourself:

If I gave myself the next 90 days, what could change?

Write down 3 goals for:

🌿 Your health & wellbeing
💸 Your career & finances
💜Your relationship with yourself

Then bring your focus back to October and choose ONE goal from each area for the next 30 days.

I don’t want this to become another list of goals you write down today and forget about a week from now

I want these 90 days to be about showing up consistently for yourself

Keeping the promises you make to yourself
Building deeper self-trust
And taking small, intentional steps towards the life you’ve been praying for

You don’t have to do everything at once

Take the action
Make du’a with conviction
Show up consistently for yourself

Then surrender the outcome to Allah and trust Him with what you cannot yet see 🤲🏼

I’m walking these 90 days with you

#90daychallenge #rebuildingtogether #subconsciousreprogramming #subconsciousprogramming #healingenergy by @the.mindrecode

October feels like an invitation to come home to yourself 🍂

Maybe this year hasn’t unfolded the way you imagined

Maybe you’ve outgrown people, places, patterns or even a version of yourself you thought you’d always be.

And maybe, quietly, you know you’re ready for something to change. Not by becoming someone new. But by coming back to you.

To own your story without allowing the past to define you
To choose yourself without guilt
To trust Allah’s timing, even when you can’t see what’s ahead.
To outgrow the patterns that no longer belong in your next chapter
To build deeper self-trust
To embrace change instead of fearing it
And to rebuild from within

You don’t need to have the whole journey figured out

You just need to decide what the next step looks like.

So as we begin a new month, ask yourself:

Who do I want to be by the time October ends?

And perhaps more importantly…

What is one promise I can make to myself today and actually keep?
