~ free CACTUS CAT crochet pattern ~

I've decided to share the pattern with you all. 🏜️ Scroll through the photo carousel to see all the instructions. PDF file version available on my ko-fi and via Ravelry! 🌵
I used a 2.00mm hook and Madame Tricote yarn, but I think it would look super fun made with chunky yarn too! Just remember to choose a corresponding hook size! 🧶

Enjoy! 💜

Free crochet pattern! ✨ This is an old project of mine that I designed back in 2019. This cute little goth bat can be made with just one skein of yarn; I used Madame Tricote Dora and a 2.5mm hook. 🦇
Enjoy crocheting! If you use this pattern and post your make on insta, I would appreciate if you mentioned me, so I could see how it turned out! 🖤💜
The pattern link is in the comment!

Wiedzieliście, że szydełkowanie to w dużej mierze prosta matematyka i geometria? ✨

Here's the free Rosy Maple Moth crochet pattern! 💖

This specific moth is not only a cute insect, but also a part of the OFMD fandom, which I still am in, more or less, so I have wanted to make one for a long time.

Feel free to make as many as you want - I only ask you to credit me as the pattern designer, if you sell them. 💖

I know that SoMedia hate people that do not post "trending" stuff. I know it is easier to be a successful creator if you post what Meta wants you to post. If you avoid the forbidden words they don't want you to use.

Knowing that SoMe algorithms judge everything, including our faces to decide if we deserve to be visible to others or not makes me a bit bitter, I admit. 😐 Did you know some social media will limit your visibility if you look "too poor"? Yeah. 🙃

I am going on a tangent here, but all these "you must X to grow as a crocheter online" and such are disappointing. Like, I want to grow the way *I* want to grow, not to make the same thing everyone does to stay relevant to what a computer algorithm thinks is worth your attention.

We can't win with the algorithm, and honestly, we shouldn't even waste our energy trying to.

Just a small fun thingy for my fellow crocheters - feel free to use it, repost it, print it out, whatever you want. Maybe you'll be inspired to crochet more this Halloween season! 🎃👻

(yes, it is my favourite season, how did you know? 😜)

Hot takes from me. Some may be pretty mild, but some had me removed from crocheting groups before, lol! 😆 How many do you agree/disagree with? Let me know, I am genuinely curious what stance do people have on these issues. 🔎🧐
