Hi, I’m Mariah, Founder & CEO of Mariah Berry Social Studio! If you’re new here, welcome! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to everyone new here!!

My journey in social media started when I was just a kid, tinkering with an old camera, making silly YouTube videos, and falling in love with content creation and storytelling.

Fast forward to 2020, I dabbled in TikTok, and a few viral videos later… boom. 180,000+ followers and collabs with brands like @revlon and @primestudent and artists like @heyimgojo.

That success opened my eyes to the power of social media and set the stage for my professional journey. I was already studying marketing & PR in college, so I kept sharpening my skills while earning my degree. I graduated cum laude from Western Kentucky University with a BA in Public Relations and minors in Sales and Business Administration.

I relocated to Tennessee/North Georgia and initially balanced a corporate career with freelancing on the side. Now, after nearly a year of running my business full-time, I can confidently say this is exactly what I’m meant to do.

Outside of work, I love plants, dancing, music, and all things creative. I basically grew up in the outdoors (yes, I will climb a tree for the perfect shot). Video games are a soft spot for me and I played support on WKU’s collegiate Esports League of Legends team! That’s right. I was a D1 athlete. No biggie.

I stopped by this working #pottery studio tucked in the heart of St. Elmo and y’all. I might’ve found another wizard. John-Michael makes everything from pint mugs to dinnerware… even sinks.

It’s what he calls functional art: sturdy, soulful, and stunning. This Chattanooga Potter also offers custom pieces for local businesses and wedding registries that are actually meaningful (no offense, Target). One year ago, I said “screw it, I’ll figure it out.”
