Negotiating City: An Anthology of Interdisciplinary Urban Studies is an edited collection of articles and illustrations reflecting different lenses in reading and representing urbanism in India and abroad. The book includes 22 short articles and a selection of maps from The Onion Project mapping competitions conducted by WCFA in 2025 and 2026. By featuring practitioners, researchers and educators from architecture, urban design, urban planning, ecology, landscape design, visual art, film-making, public policy, law, and cartography, the book seeks to foreground the rich and layered processes that shape urban inquiry. Book launch will happen @tlcatquest on 28 February 2027! by @the.onion.project
