You don't need a consultant to find the first leak. You need two honest hours. Pick ONE area of your business. Score it 1 to 5 β€” no rounding up, no "we're basically fine." Fix the lowest score first. Not the loudest problem. The lowest score. That's the whole method. Small scores, honest answers, ranked fixes. Want all 7 areas scored in one pass? That's the Operations Audit Toolkit β€” an 18-page playbook, a 70-question audit checklist and scorecard, and 6 SOP templates with 390+ fill-in prompts. CA$27.90 β€” one-time price, yours forever. Most 'systems' die in a blank page. This one starts filled in: 6 databases, 60 starter rows, ready to duplicate. Cyber Specials: 40% off every toolkit, November 23 to December 1 β€” the deepest cut of the season. Sale prices continue through December. If you run operations for other people's businesses, this is the shelf behind the work. The Complete Business Library Bundle gives consultants and coaches one repeatable toolkit: a 70-question audit scorecard to open the engagement, SOP templates with 390+ fill-in prompts to document the fix, a small business spreadsheet workbook with a 0–100 Business Health Score to track progress β€” plus the restaurant kit, the transaction coordinator system, the onboarding system, and the Notion template Business OS for the clients who need them. The licence is built for client work: the files are licensed for use in your business or with your clients. Redistribution or resale of the files themselves is not permitted β€” the systems you build with them are yours to run. One business bundle, every engagement: CA$215, one-time. Every system on this shelf was built on the same skeleton. The 7-area audit framework β€” Roles & Accountability, Customer Experience, Inventory & Supply Chain, Staffing & Training, Financial Controls, Sales & Marketing Operations, Facilities & Safety β€” runs through all six systems in the Complete Business Library Bundle. The audit toolkit scores your business against it. The small business spreadsheet workbook tracks it every week. The restaurant kit, the transaction coordinator system, and the onboarding system each fix their corner of it. The Notion template Business OS holds the whole thing in one dashboard. Different tools. Same framework. Nothing falls between them. All six systems in one business bundle: CA$215 vs CA$310 bought separately. Six systems. One download. The whole shelf. The Complete Business Library Bundle is every system The Ops Shelf makes, in a single business bundle: the Operations Audit Toolkit, the small business spreadsheet workbook, the Restaurant Business-in-a-Box Kit, the Transaction Coordinator System, the Employee Onboarding System, and the Notion template Business OS. 39 files in 6 folders β€” playbooks, scorecards, trackers, checklists, and templates. Bought separately at list price, the six systems total CA$310. The bundle is CA$215, so you save CA$95 β€” and every file is yours to keep, no subscription. CA$215 vs CA$310 bought separately β€” one-time price. Ruth ran Eli's hardware shop for ten years. Then she handed back her keys β€” and took every answer with her. Monday, 8 a.m. A driver leans in: "Returns?" Eli just stares. The till's refund code lived in Ruth's head too. His own shop β€” and he's the new guy. So Eli wrote it down. Who owns what. How the morning runs. Where the returns go. Next Monday, Sam opened alone. Last box ticked. And the shop just opened β€” calm, right on time. The Operations Audit Toolkit scores your business across 7 areas β€” 70 questions β€” so the know-how stays written down when people go. CA$27.90 right now (list CA$30). One missed deadline can kill a deal. Not a bad client. Not a bad market. A date nobody tracked. The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator System runs a 113-point transaction coordinator checklist from contract to close β€” 58 checkpoints on the buyer side, 55 on the seller side β€” with a transaction coordinator tracker that flags overdue and due-soon items on its own, and 44 email templates already written. Deadlines you can see are deadlines you don't lose. CA$99 β€” one-time price, yours forever. Six disconnected files tell you nothing. One workbook answers the only question that matters: is my business healthy? Goals. Projects. Hiring. Ownership. Suppliers. And a KPI Dashboard that rolls it all into a 0–100 Business Health Score. 45 formulas do the math. You just fill in your numbers. Excel + Google Sheets, with a 4-page walkthrough guide. That's the Business Operations Bundle β€” a small business spreadsheet system that answers "is my business healthy?" in one workbook. Launch sale ends Oct 29. Every coordination email you send, already written: 8 to lenders. 8 to title & escrow. 10 to clients. 8 to other agents. 10 deadline reminders. Subject lines done, bodies done β€” including the hard ones: the wire-fraud verification, the appraisal shortfall escalation, the closing-day logistics. You replace the bracketed placeholders and send. They're one of 4 files in the Real Estate Transaction Coordinator System, next to the 113-checkpoint transaction coordinator checklist and the 5-sheet deadline tracker. CA$99 β€” one-time price, yours forever. Thirty minutes, every Monday. That's the whole operating system: Open one workbook. Review the projects β€” owners, due dates, and the overdue work the sheet counted for you while you weren't looking. Once a month, close out the KPIs and read the Health Score. Once a quarter, refresh the RACI so the roles match reality. The Business Operations Bundle: a small business spreadsheet system β€” 6 connected sheets, 45 formulas, a 0–100 Business Health Score, and a 4-page walkthrough that teaches the routine. One-time price, yours forever β€” no subscription. Six months out, their wedding lived in four places: sticky notes on the fridge, a notebook with three different guest counts, a family group chat β€” and neither of them could say what they'd spent. The Wedding Planner (Couples Edition) puts the whole plan in one place: the budget tracker, the guest list, the seating chart, and a timeline that walks you month by month to the day. Filled in with your wedding, not somebody else's. Launch price CA$23.20 (list CA$29) for the first 14 days. The later tradition sets β€” the South Asian set and the later modules β€” arrive free as updates to this same planner, as they are released. πŸ›’ Shop The Ops Shelf: https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheOpsShelf Also available on Gumroad: https://theopsshelfco.gumroad.com by @the.ops.shelf
Score your business in 7 areas. Most owners guess. The scores don't. 70 questions. Score each area 1–5, honestly. The lowest score is the leak. The rest is a fix list β€” already ranked. When you score all 7 areas honestly, the fix list writes itself. That's the Operations Audit Toolkit: an 18-page playbook, a 70-question audit checklist and Excel scorecard, and 6 SOP templates with 390+ fill-in prompts. Find your leaks before your customers do.
