A few months ago, I began creating these visual journal entries.

Whenever I felt something beneath the surface asking to be moved, and I wanted to preserve that particular moment for myself, I would create one. Now i feel like sharing some of these entries.

To me, they are invitations to express myself and to welcome whatever is present within me in that moment. Invitations to meet myself more deeply and to listen to the impulses of my body.

On the day this video was created, what felt most present for me, amidst all the change and chaos surrounding me, was the intention of inviting more ease and pleasure into this profound transformation and into the process itself, which at times felt deeply uncomfortable. During that time, it became so easy to lose myself in the endlessness of tasks, longing for the illusion of one day being “finished“ with it, getting caught in it again and again, and slipping into a state of tension and the feeling that I simply had to endure it until the stress was over so I can finally relax.

What truly helped me that day was the sensation of relaxing into the movement. Feeling the support from above, held by the rings, I found pleasure in gently moving between tension and ease, longing and acceptance.

So this is something I keep reminding myself of: to invite more ease and pleasure into the chaos of the sweet and salty uncertainty. To sink into the honey pot of never being finished. 🍯

Thank you for being my witness in this brief moment in which I share my presence.

Through your screen, a projection of light and shadow—a fragment of reality, captured and held within this web of information. What you don’t see is how much courage it takes me to share myself in the simplicity of my being here. It has involved a great deal of reflection to now allow the curiosity of being seen online to unfold.

I enter it with a little shyness, hoping to gradually fill it with glimpses of my being as it explores and discovers how it wishes to manifest itself here on Earth, and as it explores the joy and curiosity of what it means to be perceived in this way.

Perhaps until soon. Or in a few moons. Who knows.

Hello familia,

first time I’m sharing something on this account. It took me a while to find an inner posture that felt aligned and authentic when it comes to showing myself here. But here I am — immersed after an intense workshop week of dancing and remembering, learning about resourcing through movement, and the art of listening and embodying all that is. With a full heart and immense gratitude, I hear my soul singing and visions are blooming that wish to take shape and find their feet on this Earth.
In all of this, I also found myself reflecting on my relationship with this platform. I finally felt the call to start sharing little glimpses of my path and projects here. I sense that starting to share means allowing social media to become a mirror a part of my practice – I want to be here with awareness, spending time in this space as a conscious choice for connection and exchange.
I’m deeply inspired by so many beautiful humans here, and many opportunities this year have already grown from the beautiful offerings shared in this community.
So may this platform be a tool for us to grow stronger together, a space that supports us in realising dreams, both as individuals and as a collective.
