Food, nutrients, the quality of air we breathe, how we breathe…
All has a direct interaction with all our molecules and atoms that WE are.
Therefore our whole being - the state of being - being even able to just BE..?

The state of mind determines how we eat, how we honor the nutrients and take them in, but at the same time those nutrients are having an impact on our daily state of mind, to even eat with patients and gratitude - the access to more consciousness which leads to more being and therefor to just a little bit of more peace in us and in the collective on everybody around us, on our society on our planet…

Food is there to give energy, to nurture us - so we can give it back. Energy just transforms, you can simply not destroy it.
There is no need of too much complexity rather about the quality…
• The herbs with which it gets flavour- instead of artificial sweeteners
• The soil in which it grew - did the plant has had its diverse connection to a variety of a complex network between so many other plants?
• And the conscious love with which it got prepared and eaten afterwards.
This ends up all in You therefore is all You. by @the.piaggiobrunch

Why is it that food, that the process of cooking, preparing and enjoying is so calming for the mind? Why is it that we connect through taste to a different culture? Why was it always important? Why is it still and always will be?
