Hey I'm Phil 😊

I got into cycling a year and a half ago. I quickly fell in love with it and now try to fit in amongst being a dad of three young kids and working full time.

As someone who recently got into cycling I'm keen to share all the things that took me a long time to learn and help you avoid the common pitfalls.

I'm also a psychologist who loves seeing people live their best life, so I might have a bit to say on that too.

Finally, I love a good meme and try my best to make funny content when a good idea strikes.

If any of that vibes with you then feel free to follow!
