Okay… I finally made the viral Trader Joe’s chicken curry everyone keeps talking about. 🍛✨

It absolutely lived up to the hype. One pot, simple ingredients, and dinner was on the table in about 30 minutes.

Bonus points because making it in my Hearth & Hand with @magnolia Dutch oven just made the whole thing feel extra cozy. 🤍

Wondering what to grab at Target for dinner tonight? 🎯🤎

Add this French Onion Chicken to your cart! Creamy, cheesy, full of flavor, and one of those easy dinners that tastes like you spent way more time making it than you actually did.

✨ French Onion Chicken

Ingredients:

* 4 chicken breasts
* 1 can Campbell’s French Onion Soup
* Salt, pepper & garlic salt
* Dean’s French Onion Dip
* Seasoned croutons, crushed
* 2–3 tbsp melted butter
* Provolone cheese slices

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Pour French onion soup into the bottom of a baking dish.
3. Add chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
4. Spread French onion dip over the chicken.
5. Mix crushed croutons with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
6. Layer with provolone cheese.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
8. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes, or until golden and the chicken reaches 165°F internally.

Serve with roasted potatoes, green beans, or a simple salad for an easy weeknight dinner!

Consider this your sign to make the cozy fall dinner. 🍂

This creamy pumpkin gnocchi + chicken sausage was SO good — and the secret to the sauce is Trader Joe’s caramelized onion dip. It makes it taste like you did way more work than you actually did. 🤎

Creamy Pumpkin Gnocchi + Chicken Sausage

• 1 pkg Trader Joe’s pumpkin gnocchi
• 1 pkg sweet Italian chicken sausage, sliced
• ½ container caramelized onion dip
• 2 big handfuls spinach
• butter
• fresh thyme
• splash of cream or milk, as needed
• parmesan
• salt + lots of cracked pepper

Brown the sausage and set aside. Cook the gnocchi until golden and set aside. Melt a little butter in the same pan, stir in the caramelized onion dip and a splash of cream until smooth, then add spinach and thyme. Add the gnocchi and sausage back in and let everything get warm and creamy. Finish with parmesan + plenty of cracked pepper.

The easiest little fall dessert cups 🍊✨

I made two flavors using Trader Joe’s mini sheet cakes:
• Pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese frosting
• Yellow cake with chocolate buttercream frosting

Layered with whipped topping, then finished with a Gingerman cookie and a sweetened dried orange slice. No baking—and so easy to bring to dinner. 🤎
