I finally fucking did it! 🔥

After 8 years of not being on stage I conquered one of the biggest steps I did in years! I finally went on stage with my boys!

This feels so surreal, this was such a massive step to take but I’m proud to say I’m working really hard to fully get back on the road. I promised you all this was the year of change.

You can’t imagine how much I missed this.
I was home again.

Thanks to everyone that was there, for the support, the kind words and the amazing conversations afterwards!
The biggest thanks ofcourse goes to my guys in @alleviate.official for being so supportive, patience and for giving me the space to work on this!

I’ll see you soon again on a next show! 🙏🏻
Slide btw for a nice live solo! 😏

“Anxiety, my constant friend.
Always will be there till the very end.
And I feel everything that leaves me frightened.
Why won’t these feelings let me go?
I’m trying to survive.
Catching my breath just to feel that I’m alive.
Welcome to my messed up life.”

What an amazing weekend with the guys! 💜
Just got home.

This place in Germany was truly so beautiful.
Amazing to see and to spend time there.

Gamescom was amazing, so much impressions and truly hyped for some of the games that are coming out soon.

We saw beautiful nature, climbed a mountain, had a fuckton of fun, laughed our asses off and time truly flew by!
Can’t believe we’re home already!

I’m so incredibly grateful for this gift from the boys!
This was such a huge step to take and we’re only going to up from here! 🙏🏻

Once again thank you so much guys! 💜

5 months in. 17 kg gone.

Photo 1: 86,2 kg / Photo 2: 103 kg
From XXL down to L

Consistency, healthy choices, confronting myself and showing up even when everything in me screamed not to.

The goal isn’t about just losing weight.
It’s about becoming healthy, fixing how I think about myself and becoming the person I want to be! 💪🏻
I’m not there yet, but trust me, I will get there!

What’s a small step to many, is a huge step for others.

This weekend after many, many long years of dealing with anxiety, pannick attacks and other mental health issues I’m finally able to visit my guys in Germany to have my first rehearsals with them.

This was an unbelievable massive step for me to take.

Right now I’m tired, overwhelmed and I can’t believe it myself really but I am fucking proud of myself!
I can tell you one thing:
The stage is calling my name again and hopefully I’ll see you soon! 🙏🏻
