🍂 Team Autumn Reset ✨
Following the wonderful mat Pilates session that @movement.bytilly delivered for our staff back in June, we recently visited her at @salus.house beautiful wellness space for an Autumn Reset experience.
Designed to help our team transition into the new season, the afternoon focused on mindful movement, deep relaxation and meaningful connection. We enjoyed an energising 45-minute reformer Pilates class, followed by restorative red-light therapy to help reset, restore and revive.
Taking time to invest in wellbeing is so important, and this was a fantastic opportunity for our team to pause, recharge and head into autumn feeling refreshed and renewed.
Thank you to @movement.bytilly and @salus.house for another incredible wellness experience. 🍁 taken in Salus House by @the.sandford
