A new Greenwich Village neo-bistro from the team behind Atomix and Atoboy.
Asian and European flavours meet over kimchi ragù linguine, caviar-topped potatoes and very little cocktails.

KISMET — London
A Turkish-Cypriot meyhane above Borough Market’s Globe Tavern.
Meze, mangal-grilled kebabs, Baklava served tableside, Turkish wine and live music—all designed for a long, lively evening.

THE MESS HALL — San Francisco
Three food counters, a café, bar and market—located at Presidio Tunnel Tops with some of the best views in the city.

Come for Korean fried chicken, seafood or a serious sandwich. Stay for the Golden Gate Bridge.

☀️Europe is officially too hot for a proper meal.

So for the next heatwave, we’re making a case for the anti-dinner dinner: cold noodles, crisp sandwiches, soft serve, smoothies, gelato and anything that makes 34°C feel slightly less rude.

Save this for when the forecast gets personal.

🇬🇧London: Koya for cold udon, Forza Wine for soft serve, The Dusty Knuckle for a sandwich worth crossing town for.
🇫🇷Paris: Pépite for a next-level sandwich, La Tropicale or Pozzetto for ice cream, Wild & The Moon when only juice/smoothie/bowl energy will do.
🇳🇱Amsterdam: Crema for olive oil soft serve, Rosèl for canal-side sandwiches, Cold Pressed Juicery for smoothies and juice.
🇩🇰Copenhagen: Poulette for the spicy chicken sandwich, Ismageriet for ice cream, Slurp for noodles when dinner feels like too much.
🇩🇪Berlin: Early Bird or Hokey Pokey for ice cream, plus whatever cold noodle situation you can find near shade.

Some plates deserve wall space. 🖼️
Because when the bowl is right, the plating is immaculate, and lunch looks like a still life, the experience hits differently. Food this beautiful almost feels too good to eat — almost.

But maybe that’s the point. Good food should taste good. Great food should make you stare for a second first.
