Where does life begin, if not in the darkness? This weekend we gathered to honour Samhain, the turning of the Celtic wheel and the beginning of a new cycle in ancient Gaelic tradition. Something I’m gradually learning more about, reconnecting with the ways my own ancestors may have lived. I was blessed to hold two beautiful circles. One by candlelight, dressed in black, the other in the afternoon light @the.tone.temple Both inviting us to slow down, remember and reconnect. Something that resonated deeply was remembering that our ancestry extends far beyond our human lineage. We are woven into the great web of life, connected to the earth, waters, trees, creatures and all that came before us. Nourished by cacao, we journeyed with the drum to meet the ancient Cailleach, reflecting on what we’re ready to lay to rest and what seeds we wish to nurture in the darkness. We sang, shared stories and crafted with clay, leaving our own imprints for the future 🫆 For we are the future ancestors. I wonder what legacy you would like to leave behind? There’s something deeply moving about women gathering, witnessing one another’s tenderness, stories and wisdom. Remembering we’re not alone in life’s transitions. And as I shared these reflections, I recognised how much I’m being invited to live them myself. I’m standing at a threshold of my own, with uncertainty ahead and no clear picture of what comes next. It can feel scary, but I’m learning to trust the unknown, listen to my inner guidance and remember I don’t need everything figured out. Perhaps the darkness is where something new will quietly begin. What I do know is how deeply I love gathering in circle, creating spaces where we can arrive as we are, be witnessed and remember our belonging. Thank you to every woman who joined me, for your openness, presence, laughter, stories and the unique medicine you brought 🖤 #samhain #womenscircle #altar #samhainaltar #honouringourancestors by @the.tone.temple

Crystal bowls, gongs, gentle vocals, and a whole evening with nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to do. I love cosying up on these quieter autumn evenings with you. 🎃🕯️ SAMHAIN SISTERHOOD CIRCLE 🕯️🎃 As the wheel of the year turns towards the darker half, we gather in sisterhood to honour the sacred threshold of Samhain. A time of endings and beginnings. Of remembrance, release and returning to the wisdom of our roots. Samhain invites us to soften into the darkness, to listen to the whispers of our ancestors and honour the cycles of death and rebirth that move through all of life. Together with the beautiful @re.nurture, we invite you into an intimate afternoon of feminine connection, ritual, reflection and remembrance. ✨ Gentle guided meditation ✨ Ceremonial Cacao ✨ Seasonal wisdom ✨ Journal prompts ✨ Sisterhood sharing ✨ Sound Healing A space to lay down what is ready to be released, honour the women who walked before us, and tend to the quiet seeds of becoming that rest beneath the winter soil. There is something profoundly healing about gathering as women at this time of year. To be witnessed, held and reminded that we do not have to journey through life’s seasons alone. Come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to meet yourself a little more deeply. 🌹 Sunday 1st November | 15:00 📍 The Tone Temple, Chesham 🕯️ With Ruth Hoey Spaces are limited. Rosa Mystica ❤️🌹⭐️ Infusion: Amethyst & Citrine Frequency: 432Hz Chakra Activation: Root / Earthstar / Third Eye Rosa Mystica is a crystal singing bowl infused with the alchemy of rose light - a union of earth and spirit woven into tone. Tuned to the sacred frequency of 432Hz, its resonance is rich, grounding, and deeply devotional - like roots of light flowering into the heart of the Earth. The rose has long been a symbol of divine mystery, sacred union, and the unfolding of the soul. Rosa Mystica carries this lineage, offering a vibrational bridge between the Root and the Sacred Heart - reminding us that true spiritual flowering is always grounded in embodied presence. This bowl anchors your energy into the crystalline grid of Gaia, dissolving fear and instability while nurturing trust, safety, and inner strength. Its tone roots the body while opening a channel of mystical devotion, harmonising the earthly and the divine within your being. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ This bowl is pre-loved and available in A3 to meet at our showroom. #crystalsingingbowls #crystalbowls #soundhealing #soundmeditation #soundhealer by @the.tone.temple
This Sunday we gather in sacred circle for an evening of Cacao, Kirtan and community, honouring this monthly moment of illumination, celebration and release. The Full Moon has long been a time to gather. A moment to pause within the turning of the cycles, to honour what has come into fullness, and to offer back anything we are ready to release. Together, we will begin by sharing Ceremonial Cacao, a beautiful heart-opening plant medicine that invites us to soften, arrive more fully into the body, and connect with one another from a place of presence. Then we sing! 🎶🥰 All welcome, no experience necessary. Book on The Tone Temple website 🔗 ⬆️ by @the.tone.temple
Sound healing is real magic! ✨🥰 There is something sacred about setting aside time to simply lie down and listen. 🎧 To feel the weight of your body supported. To let the sound hold your attention for a while, with nowhere else you need to be. 😴 In a world that continually asks more of us, making a ritual of rest is a radical act. It honours our limits, our natural rhythms and the parts of us that need care long before we reach exhaustion. At The Tone Temple, we bring together sacred instruments, deep listening and gentle ritual to create space for rest, reflection and connection. Every experience is different. You might drift towards sleep, meet an emotion or simply enjoy having this time to yourself. Join us for our biweekly group Healing Sound sessions, or book a private session in the temple space for a more personal experience. Come as you are. Let this be time for you. 🤍🪽✨ Explore our sessions and book through the link in our bio. 🔗 ⬆️ by @the.tone.temple
