HAPPY BANDTOBER! 🎃

Come out to the Don Hanna Memorial Marching Contest THIS Saturday to watch some awesome bands perform — we’ll be there as well! Our founder and author will be selling signed copies of the book and spreading the word about The U Factor and The Drum Major Codex. A portion of our proceeds will be donated to the Ryan High School Band 🎶

WELCOME! We are excited to officially announce that the Homestead High School Band in Cupertino, CA has partnered with The U Factor for the 2026-2027 marching season. We have already had 2 amazing sessions with their drum major team, with more to come!

We had two great sessions recently: One with the Ryan drum major team last Friday and another with the Denton drum major team today! Both of these teams are working hard during summer band and getting better every day 💪

Fun fact: Ryan HS and Denton HS are both in the same school district — Denton ISD! Along with specialized, world-class training for their drum majors, they also get 5% off for each additional school in their district that joins (up to 15%)

Interested in having Ms. Bratanovic work with your team, too? Send us a message on here or an email to dina@the-ufactor.com! 📩

We had a fantastic series of audition preparation clinics with @thedentonband drum major auditionees over the last few weeks. These students were incredibly fun to work with, and they audition TODAY! We are wishing them good luck, good skill, and a reminder to breathe 🍀 Huge thank you to Mr. Walker for 4 years of trust — it’s always an honor to work with your drum majors!
