A gentle morning created for women who are tired of rushing through life without checking in with themselves.

We’ll gather around the table for a cacao ritual, honest conversation with a medical doctor, a nourishing breakfast, long table talk and thoughtfully chosen brands. All held in a calm, safe space where you’re allowed to slow down, breathe and listen to your body.

You’ll leave with more than a beautiful experience; you’ll leave with insight, tools and a deeper sense of connection to yourself.
