When asked about her journey to this exciting moment, we got the full scoop.@brittanyward started The 21st Agency in 2016 with $5,000, no outside investors, and one year to prove her vision for a strategy-first marketing firm. Nearly a decade later, that vision has grown into a Tampa-based agency serving brands like DoorDash, the U.S. Air Force, Pampered Chef and MaxHealth, without losing the grit, heart, and intentionality it was built on.From mentoring students with @thinkbigforkids_, supporting @compassion with two sponsored children, and creating internship opportunities for our USF and UT hires, Brittany keeps showing us what it looks like to build something that actually means something.We’re proud to work alongside her and even prouder to see her recognized. by @the21a_

He was 13 years old running e-commerce websites before most kids knew what that even meant — and yes, he got in trouble for it.
