An unforgettable day of empowerment and inspiration! 🏀✈️ The World is Ours Foundation, in partnership with the In-flight Services team @delta, hosted the Carver High School Lady Tigers basketball team for a hands-on learning experience.

The Lady Tigers took part in emergency evacuation simulations, in-water safety protocols, career readiness sessions, and more—getting a first-hand look at what it takes to soar as a Delta flight attendant.

RECAP: The inaugural Sports and Entertainment Symposium was one for the books. Industry professionals from Nike, Reebok, Under Armour, Delta Air Lines, Open on Sunday Music Investments, Warner Media, NFL, Brilliantine Productions, and more gathered at Shaw High School to educate youth on critical business and networking skills needed to succeed in the sports and entertainment industry.

This past weekend we had the pleasure of hosting our “High Tea with Women in Entertainment” panel discussion at Columbus State University. Speakers, Serena Cooper (@soserenaaa), Alexia Johnson (@lexiejai ), and Kishara Williams (@kisharamarie) attended our panel discussion and delivered a discussion highlighting unique perspectives surrounding the entertainment industry, provocative ideas focused on making the industry better, and thoughtful solutions on how to secure a professional career in the entertainment industry.

We want to take this time to thank all of the women who participated and helped make this event come to life during this year’s Women’s History Month. A special shout out to our in-house creative agency, GCG.

Our latest TWO Foundation Leadership Workshop challenged students to discover their leadership identity, build meaningful mentor relationships, own their story, and develop the discipline to turn goals into action.

From leadership styles and real-world case studies to mentorship, storytelling, resume foundations, time management, and accountability, we’re giving the next generation the tools to lead with confidence and purpose.

"A vision without a plan is just a wish."

We officially kicked off the 2026 TWO Foundation Fellowship at the Columbus Library with five extraordinary student leaders from Shaw High School! 🎓✨

During our 3-hour intensive workshop, our Fellows dove headfirst into self-discovery, growth, and leadership:

🔍 Self-Awareness & Reflection: Uncovered core strengths, personal values, and unique leadership styles.

🎯 Journey Mapping & SMART Goals: Mapped out 3-5-7 year plans and crafted actionable, measurable goals to turn their vision into reality.

💪🏽 Self-Motivation: Learned how to leverage their innate strengths to navigate challenges in their upcoming junior year and beyond.

At the TWO Foundation, we believe exposure is transformational. Over the next 12 months, this cohort will gain access to professionals across sports, business, engineering, and real estate; equipping them with the confidence and skills to lead.
