☠️ IT’S ROLLCALL, BABY.

Who’s showing up for YOURSELF today?

Not your boss.
Not your spouse.
Not your kids.

YOU.

Because one decision can change your entire life.

There was a time when I was overweight, lost, and carrying more than just extra weight. I was carrying pain, heartbreak, chaos, and battles nobody could see.

Then I found fitness.

Not just lifting weights.
Not just eating better.

I found discipline.
I found purpose.
I found confidence.
I found a reason to keep fighting.

That changed everything.

As a former Marine Sergeant, I took the discipline the military gave me and combined it with everything I’ve learned about mindset, accountability, leadership, and personal growth. I built a system that isn’t based on shortcuts. It’s built on consistency, honesty, and showing up every single day.

When someone joins 45 FIT, they’re not another payment to me.

They’re another person I refuse to let quit.

Every transformation is personal because I’ve lived it myself. I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and not recognize the person staring back. I also know what it feels like to earn that confidence back.

That’s why I coach.

Because if I discovered the blueprint that changed my life and kept it to myself… what kind of man would that make me?

My mission is simple.

Help people become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally so they can become the person they were created to be.

The photos you’re looking at aren’t just weight loss.

They’re people getting their lives back.

If you’re ready to stop starting over…
If you’re ready to build discipline instead of relying on motivation…
If you’re ready to have a coach who genuinely gives a damn…

DM me the word READY.

Let’s build the version of you that’s been waiting to come out.

💀☀️ THERE’S SOMETHING DIFFERENT ABOUT GETTING UP EARLY!

I just recently started waking up early, and I never realized how much of life I was missing out on.

I used to think I got more done at night. And you know what? I still do. But now I get BOTH! 🔥

There’s something about getting up before everyone else, watching that crisp morning sun break over the horizon, and knowing you’re already winning the day before most people even open their eyes.

And here’s the crazy part…

I DON’T EVEN LIKE GETTING UP EARLY! 😂

But that’s what I’ve learned about discipline. Sometimes the things you hate doing the most are the things that end up being the best for you. And eventually, you start loving the results so much that you learn to love the process.

Got up early, went to church, grabbed my girl some Starbucks, and now I’m just sitting here enjoying the sunshine and a little peace and quiet.

All before most people even wake up.

STOP SLEEPING THROUGH THE LIFE YOU’RE PRAYING FOR! ☀️🙏

Sometimes the smallest changes in your routine create the biggest changes in your life.

DISCIPLINE OVER COMFORT. EVERY SINGLE DAY. 💪💀 by @the45standard

☠️ PROUD DAD MOMENT! ❤️🇺🇸

Got Lance Corporal Curtis on a NEW set of WHEELS! 🚗🔥

Man, I can’t even explain how proud I am of my daughter. This girl has BUSTED HER ASS, worked hard, stayed disciplined, and earned everything she’s accomplished. (Dad helped out a little)🥰

Watching your kids grow up, work hard, and become responsible young adults is one of the greatest feelings in the world.

So when Dad gets the opportunity to step in and help his little girl get a new car, you better believe I’m going to do it! ❤️

She put in the WORK. Dad just helped make it happen.

No matter how old she gets, what rank she earns, or how far life takes her, she’ll ALWAYS be my little girl.

☠️ BEING A DAD ISN’T JUST ABOUT RAISING YOUR KIDS. IT’S ABOUT SHOWING UP FOR THEM AT EVERY STAGE OF LIFE.

Proud of you, Marine! 🇺🇸🦅🌎⚓️

☠️ SO DON’T FUCK IT UP.

BE THE DAD YOU WISH YOU HAD.

BE THE DAD 👊 by @the45standard

☠️ ROLL CALL FRIDAY ❗️

LIFE IS NOT AS IT IS, IT IS AS YOU ARE.

READ THAT SHIT AGAIN. ❗️

People say I do the same shit every day and that’s boring.

BORING? TO WHO? YOU?

You mean waking up every day doing shit that makes me better? Building my body, strengthening my mind, growing my faith, and handling my business?

HELL NO. I FUCKING LOVE THAT SHIT.

I look forward to boring.

Boring keeps me in order.
Boring keeps me disciplined.
Boring keeps me focused.
Boring gives me purpose.

What you call boring, I call PEACE.

What you call repetitive, I call CONSISTENCY.

What you call obsession, I call DISCIPLINE.

It’s all about your perspective. Some people need chaos, distractions, and constant entertainment to feel alive. I don’t.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU DO EVERY DAY, NOT WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE.

Your habits reveal your character. Your actions define your standards.

So if becoming a better man every single day is boring, I’LL BE BORING FOR THE REST OF MY FUCKING LIFE.

☠️ ROLL CALL FRIDAY! POST THAT PICTURE. SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF. NO EXCUSES.
