I guess every new chapter needs a first page. 🤍

So, here’s mine.

I’ve spent a lot of my life being defined by the things I do — mom, small business owner, former teacher, and now, somehow, someone writing a book.

But there’s a whole lot of life happening in between those titles.

So this is where I’m putting it.

Life in the 757. The places I love. The people. The coffee. The beach. Small business life. Writing. Motherhood. Probably a few dogs. And whatever else makes this chapter worth remembering.

I don’t know exactly where it’s going yet.

That might be my favorite part.

Welcome to The 757 Chapter. 🌊

Basically... I’m not everyone’s cup of tea.

But I’m definitely somebody’s shot of tequila.🥃😂

1.5 years of showing up. Same person. Stronger. 💪

A true comparison of where I was when I wanted to find myself again. My cortisol was high, my diet was shit, and my stress was out of control.

My stress is still there, but I’ve learned that working out does tend to help to some degree. No matter what, I’m proud of where I’ve come and hardly even recognize the person on the left anymore.

If I can do it, you can too.

1.5 years of training.

Training when I wanted to and training when I didn’t.

If any of my girls want to workout, let me know. 🫶🏼
