It's a warm one today, but consistency doesn't wait for perfect weather. ☀️🚶🏾‍♀️ Me vs. me. One step closer every single day.

Hanging with the fellas...my hubby, father-in-law, and brothers-in-law. 🥊❤️

I have fond memories of watching boxing with my Dad during the Mike Tyson era, so seeing my first live boxing match was such a cool experience. And yes...we witnessed a crazy knockout! 👀🔥

I was scrolling (trying to cut back 😅) and came across a post that said:

"We're enjoying this mortgage payment...and this backyard!" 😂

I was like, "I know that's right!" 🤣

All Micah needed was a sprinkler, our backyard, and boom, memories made. 💦☀️❤️

Happy Sunday!

Not every winning offer is the first offer.

This one required patience, strategy, persistence, and faith in the process. My clients never gave up—and in the end, it paid off beautifully. 🏡✨

Sometimes the right home is worth waiting for.
