18-12-2025:The day the music died.

Today,We laid my daddy to rest.

Today, I came to accept what final submission meant.

Today, I called to the physical remains of my daddy and expected a “Lazarus kinda miracle”

Today, I called my daddy and didn’t get a response.

Today, I left my daddy who doesn’t like the cold out in the cold.

Over the weeks I have had different phases of understanding what the end really meant but today, felt different, today I felt defeated.

Today I accepted a fate that felt like a dream, today, I looked at myself accepting a vacuum.

My daddy lived just as the Bible commanded us to; “he led a quiet life,minded his business and worked with his hands.”
He was a man of Faith and his faith carried him till the end.

He laughed heartily, loved heavily, forgave quickly and gave freely. There was always love at home, because my daddy was home.

So Today,in final submission to the will of God, we told my daddy farewell while we hold on to the memories of him that would forever remind us of how to live right and do good just as he would.

Here is to a new age! 🤭🎊

“Yes indeed, it won’t be long now” God’s decree.

“Things are going to happen so fast my head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. I won’t be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once and everywhere I look, Blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills.

God will make everything right again for Stella: She will rubuild the ruined cities, she will plant vineyards and drink good wine, she will work her garden and eat fresh vegetables. And God will plant her on her own land never to be uprooted from the land given unto her.” My God says so. Amos 9:13-15
