My absolute favourite perfume, that “you smell amazing” kind of scent.

La Vie Est Belle Eau de Parfum — soft florals, warm vanilla, and pure elegance.

I wore this for my anniversary date night and it was the perfect scent ✨

I’ve recently teamed up with a fitness coach and it’s honestly made working out and meal prepping feel SO much simpler. I have a personalised meal plan, fitness plan and ongoing support 🙌🏼

As a busy mum, convenience is EVERYTHING. I can prep a few days of meals at once, portion everything out, pop it in the fridge and I’m sorted. No complicated recipes, no spending hours in the kitchen and no having to cook myself something different every single day. Also these meals are perfect for the whole family so that makes life much easier!

A little prep now = one less thing to think about during the chaos of the week 😂

I can’t believe the change I’ve had in the last 4 weeks my nutrition before really wasn’t the best so I’m glad I have a healthy plan in place that isn’t a “diet“ still eating foods I love.

I’m really starting to see and feel the difference!! @the_body_confidence_coach_ ❤️ taken in Perth, Western Australia by @the__marcelinos

Testing the new Maybelline launches before they go viral 👀✨

From lifted lashes to cloud-soft cheeks and the most comfortable lip colour, this trio has completely elevated my makeup routine.
