Because I wanted to choose the best and right-fit person for my team.

“All we need to know is how you can help our company with your skills, and how capable you are beyond your CV.”

But honestly… 😅

But at the end, I think I got everything I needed to know about them.

I think I should learn more about how to hire the right person, how to conduct better interviews, and how to build the right team.

🚶‍♂️📚 by @the__philosoph

My first step is simple : discuss, exchange ideas, communicate repeatedly, and build clarity together.

A New Chapter in My Career Journey
I don't have an MBA or BBA. I haven't completed any professional degree in Digital Marketing either.

My academic background is a BA in English, and my marketing journey started with a few months of internship experience. Yet today, I have been entrusted with the role of Marketing Manager at Natdemy, carrying significant responsibilities and expectations.
This opportunity wasn't built on certificates alone.

It came from continuously developing my ability to observe, analyze, question, and think strategically. For the past two years, I have intentionally practiced critical thinking and problem-solving in every situation I encountered.

I've learned that skills are not created overnight. They grow gradually through consistent learning, observation, mistakes, and experience until they become part of who you are.

I'm grateful to Natdemy for believing in my potential and giving me the opportunity to contribute at a higher level. As I step into this role, my goal is not only to grow professionally but also to become a meaningful part of the company's success story.

The journey is just beginning, and I'm excited for what lies ahead. by @the__philosoph

Yesterday I finally got to visit Indian @iitmadrasofficial

Honestly, such a great vibe!

Explored most parts of the campus with my friend @___abdul_razik___ who studies there, attended a startup expo, met some amazing founders, and had really interesting conversations.

And yeah… walking through the campus made me think — I wish I had also got a chance to study here someday.
