A good year of running and racing.

1. NYD tri, broke my glasses and my watch, setting the tone for the year
2. Glentress trail marathon
3. John Muir Way 50k. Absolutely horrendous experience but feel obliged to run it again doing a better job some time.
4. Edinburgh marathon. Redemption
5. Seven hills of Edinburgh. Incredible fun and a great result for me.
6. Ramsay memorial weekend. Amazing and worth the sprained ankle.
7. Gullane beach triathlon. First outdoor multisport, just fantastic.
8. Seven sisters skyline. Absolutely brutal bog but so so so satisfying.

Here's to another good year with fewer mishaps this time! by @the_alan_ocat

Some photos from the weekend. Not sure how I feel about the countryside around Galway, bit love/hate at times by @the_alan_ocat
