Happy National Esthetician Day to the women who pour so much into others 🧖‍♀️ 💗✨🕯️💖🪞

This weekend was such a beautiful reminder that while our careers are centered around caring for others, it’s just as important to invest in ourselves, our growth, and the community around us.

To every esthetician who showed up, made connections, shared stories, and chose community over competition, thank you. 🫶🏼

There is room for all of us to grow, succeed, and shine, and I’m so grateful to be surrounded by women who believe that, too.

Here’s to supporting one another, celebrating each other’s wins, and growing together. The beauty industry is better when we build each other up. 🥂🤍

Happy National Esthetician Day, esties! ✨

Shoutout to the brands who believe in us ⬇️ @estheticsbydayana @facerealityskincare @spathreads_ @sweetandtruesugaring @pomp_beauty we greatly appreciate all the lovely generous gifts for our estheticians that we all were thrilled to receive. You support us, believe in us, and empower us, we couldn’t be more grateful!

After two years of promoting The Ari as JUST the space… a blank canvas… very DIY… we’ve officially added an ALL-INCLUSIVE package! 🙌🏼

Im excited to add this service as we head into the holiday season. It’s the busiest time of the year and we hear you when you say you need SIMPLE! And juggling 3-5 vendors so you can host an event is not simple!

So let us do the work for you!!
1. Choose the amount of time you would like the studio
2. Choose your holiday table theme
3. Choose your menu!

We have collaborated with three amazing caterers in Fort Wayne to bring you SEVEN menus options! And you don’t have to do anything except tell me your menus choice and guest count! The Ari team handles EVERYTHING! ❤️

We hope you’ll consider us for your upcoming events! Head to our website for more info + pricing!

We’re all using AI… but do we actually know what we should — and SHOULDN’T — be putting into it? 👀

Meet Amanda Delekta, one of our speakers for the October Women’s Grow + Socialize!

Amanda is a Senior Associate on Carson LLP’s Litigation Team with a focus on data privacy + cybersecurity. She’s also a Certified Information Privacy Professional, so when it comes to protecting your information in the age of AI, she knows her stuff. 👏

Her topic:

✨ Privacy Concerns in the Age of AI

Amanda is going to help us:

→ Understand the risks of uploading sensitive information into AI tools
→ Learn strategies to protect your business from the misuse of AI

Because AI can be an incredible tool for your business, but we also need to know how to use it responsibly and protect the information we’re handing over.

Have you ever thought about starting a nonprofit… but had NO idea where to begin? 👀

Then you need to be in this room.

Meet Erica Hyatt, founder and Executive Director of Breastie Boxes, and one of our speakers at the October Women’s Grow + Socialize. 💗

After experiencing firsthand the gap in support that can happen after a breast cancer diagnosis, Erica decided to do something about it.

She built Breastie Boxes.

And on October 22, she’s taking us behind the scenes of that journey.

We’re talking about:

✨ How an idea becomes an actual nonprofit
✨ What it takes to get started
✨ What she’s learned while building + growing Breastie Boxes
✨ The challenges that come with turning something deeply personal into an organization that serves others
✨ And the story behind WHY she started in the first place

If starting a nonprofit has been sitting in the back of your mind, THIS is a conversation you don’t want to miss.

And even if a nonprofit isn’t in your plans, Erica’s story of seeing a need, taking action and building something that matters is one every entrepreneur and leader can learn from.

PLUS, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, $5 from every ticket sold will be donated directly to Breastie Boxes. 💗
