I really woke up one day in 2022 and said my life needs to change dramatically and I need to start now. I need to make my own food and medicine in my own ecosystem. 4 years, 1350 miles in distance, 2200 feet in elevation, 4 office desks, 2 cars and a greenhouse later… #explore #discover #homestead #herbalist #gardener taken in Kaaterskill Falls by @the_arjay

Last time, @the_arjay showed us how to make make laundry detergent with just a few ingredients 🌿
This time, we’re going even deeper—ArtPark: Ecocraft returns July 5th at Long Key Nature Center and we’re learning how to make our own mosquito repellent 🦟🧴
Bring curiosity, good vibes, and maybe a notebook. Let’s stop buying what we can make from the earth 💚

Dont forget to dress appropriately, and bring water 💧
