🍎🥧 SEPTEMBER FLAVOR OF THE MONTH: APPLE PIE CUPCAKE! 🧁 All the cozy, nostalgic flavors of apple pie… baked into a cupcake! 🤎 We cook fresh apples in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg, then fold them into our vanilla cake batter. It’s topped with silky cinnamon buttercream, a generous drizzle of caramel, and finished with buttery streusel crumbs. 🍎✨ Basically, apple pie and a cupcake had a very delicious baby. 😍 Available all September at The Cakeroom Bakery — come get yours before this seasonal favorite disappears! #TheCakeroom #FlavorOfTheMonth #ApplePieCupcake #ApplePie #SeptemberFlavor #FallFlavors #FallBaking #CupcakeLove #CupcakesOfInstagram #DCBakery #WashingtonDC #DCFoodie #DCDesserts #MadeFromScratch #FreshBaked #Caramel #Cinnamon #AppleDessert #FallDesserts #DessertLovers by @the_cakeroom

Penmanship? Nah… let’s call it pipemanship. ✍️🎂 When your decorator’s piping is so clean it looks like it was written with a fountain pen instead of buttercream. Straight lines. Smooth curves. Zero hesitation. Just immaculate script. This is the kind of detail that separates a good cake from a great cake. Because around here, we believe the writing should be just as beautiful as what’s inside. 💛💙🌹 #ButtercreamLettering #PipingGoals #CakeArt #BirthdayCake #ButtercreamFlowers #TheCakeroom by @the_cakeroom

Some cake toppers are decorations… and some are family history 💍✨ This beautiful heirloom topper has been passed down for 68 years and has stood proudly on generations of wedding cakes before finding its place atop this vintage-inspired cutting cake. How special is that? 🤍 We were so honored that this sweet couple trusted us to create a cake worthy of such a treasured family keepsake. Seeing a piece of family history still sparkling after nearly seven decades made this wedding cake even more magical.
