The truth is, there isn’t just one answer.

More than 25 years of studying the nervous system, sound, energy, frequency, trauma, Reiki, meditation, movement, breath, crystals, and human connection have taught me that transformation rarely comes from one modality alone.

It comes from knowing when to use each one.
