This outgoing week, I was reminded of God's faithfulness like never before in a while.

I struggled to get an understanding as to why some things were the way they were. Legit reasons, but the enemy just needs a window to attack your mind. My wife and everyone around me were worried, it was not good at all.

With it, I even experienced a brain fog.

If you know me, this man is an idea nation. For days, I struggled with reaching my creative side and there was pressure to deliver in days, everyone was looking up to me.

But God loves me.

Right in my car driving to work one morning, my deliverance came in a sermon. It took me from deep anxiety and fear, to deep gratitude, and like a miracle, the weight lifted, joy was restored, life came back to me.

Oh the blessedness of knowing Jesus.

This would have been a spiral downwards, I knew this.

I am grateful Lord!

There might be so much going on at the moment, but, you still have so much to live for, Hold God by His words!

Tomorrow @cci__oluobasanjo, @cci_portharcourt will celebrate the grand finale of her 6th Anniversary and there is so much to be grateful for.

Many times I sit back and ask, what if CCI did not come to this city?

Tomorrow, we are thanking God for lives transformed, souls saved, thousands discipled, many indoctrinated, diverse testimonies, changed desires and many more celebrating Endless Life in Christ.

This is my special invitation to you to join us tomorrow!

I am grateful to the One who puts the solitary in families.

Indeed, I have so much to be grateful for; Top of which is this CCI family ❤️❤️❤️.

In the course of the thanksgiving service yesterday, someone thanked God for her friend, her closing was "I had to drag her to CCI to experience Joy in her life " kaii! I stretched to see the friend - all joyful and excited🥹 Changed lives testimonies always top notch for me.

On my way to work yesterday, I heard a radio jingle "Monkey smart, monkey smart, na becos tree near tree". It struck.
Oh how profound!

The whole day I kept thinking about how far I have come in such a small time and how it has nothing to do with me, but God, orchestrating times, men and seasons to help me.

What people see as competencies, were actually my inadequacies that God repackaged and re-presented.

The past 6 months, has been full of the mercies of God. Fulfilled testimonies, Prophecy and Impact.

Our cultural differences, when properly understood and harnessed, can become a strong driver of collaboration, innovation, and productivity rather than a barrier to performance.

Take, for instance, the concept of 'Time'; different cultures interpret and relate to time differently. In some cultures, punctuality is practised strictly and tied directly to professionalism, while in others, relationships, hospitality, and human connection may take precedence over rigid schedules. Neither perspective is entirely wrong; they are just shaped by cultural orientation and lived realities.

The same applies to the balance between work and family life. For many people, work is not separate from social interaction and community. Human connection, shared experiences, and social belonging are part of what makes work meaningful. This is why a workplace that intentionally understands and respects cultural nuances creates a stronger sense of inclusion and engagement.

Imagine an organization that genuinely pays attention to cultural diversity, not just as a policy statement, but as a lived experience. Employees would feel seen, respected, and valued beyond their job titles. Communication would improve, collaboration would become easier, misunderstandings would reduce, and teams would build stronger trust across backgrounds.
