In the spirit of the holiday season, we’re spotlighting our close friend, three michelin star chef and owner of The Charter Oak, Christopher Kostow. A Chicago native, Christopher trained in kitchens in Paris, New York and San Francisco before landing in Napa Valley in 2008, leading The Restaurant at Meadowood to three stars for nine consecutive years.

Today, the James Beard Award–winning chef’s restaurants also include The Charter Oak (St. Helena) and Ciccio (Yountville), as well as Loveski Deli (Napa, Larkspur), which was recently named “Best Bagel in the Bay Area” by *The San Francisco Chronicle*.

Listen to learn more about Chef’s vision and traditions of The Charter Oak.
