POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I didn’t always know what I wanted to do.
I just knew I didn’t want to stop.

I tried software engineering.
Realised it wasn’t for me.
Joined things. Left things. Failed quietly.
Worked too much. Stayed when others left.
Learned. Rebuilt. Started again.

There was no master plan.
Just showing up. Finishing what I could.
And trusting that clarity would catch up later.

Today, I work as a Senior Technical Program Manager in big tech.
I speak at tech events.
I create content.
And I’m still learning - loudly and in public.

If you’re in your “I don’t know what I’m doing” season:
Don’t quit yet.
This might be the part that changes everything. by @the_chisom

✨ START HERE: My Story & Yours ✨

Whether you’re new or you’ve been here a while, I made this START HERE guide for you to get to know the real ME.

I’m Chisom—a multipassionate, faith-filled, not-so-perfect woman in tech, sharing my journey of figuring it out (sometimes with style, sometimes with snacks 😅).

I’d love to know YOUR story too!

What’s one thing you’re passionate about? Or… what’s the wildest job you ever tried (mine was ironing clothes for cash in high school 😆)?

Drop it in the comments so we can really get to know each other!

Thinking about becoming a Technical Program Manager in 2026? Here’s where I’d start.

And please, don’t fall into the trap of collecting certifications and learning tools without actually practising how to use them.
Knowing the tools is one thing. Knowing how to manage timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and keep complex projects moving is another.

Save this carousel as a starting point for your TPM journey.

If you’re working towards becoming a TPM, tell me in the comments: What are you struggling with most right now?

No earbuds. No headset. Just me, my desk — and the Dell Pro Plus Wireless Speakerphone.

I put it in the middle of my desk and suddenly my whole home office feels like a meeting room.

AI noise cancellation so the person on the call hears me — not my house. Microsoft Teams and Zoom certified. Volume, mute, and Teams all controlled right on the device. No touching your laptop.

It pairs with up to eight devices, connects to two simultaneously, and yes — the Dell Audio App works here too. It even comes with a travel pouch so it goes wherever you go.

Four products. One ecosystem. Earbuds for the commute. Headset for the office. Travel hub for the coffee shop. Speakerphone for home.

Now the real question — out of all four, which one is your favourite? Drop it in the comments. Mine might surprise you. 👇

In 2025 I asked a stranger to photograph me on a stage I hadn’t earned yet.

This November, I’m speaking on it.

WWPPM 2026, November 10th, Dublin. Full circle moment, documented the whole way.

I still haven't gotten over the Boardroom Brunch in Cork and how it went.

A room full of ambitious women with real conversations.

Thank you to every woman who showed up and made it what it was.
This is only the beginning ❤️

Being a corporate creator involves a lot of balancing, but I genuinely enjoy this part of my career too🤍

I'm really excited because the Boardroom Brunch Cork is in 2 days.

If you're a woman living in Cork, this is your invitation to pull up a chair at a table full of women who get it.

We'll be having real conversation, in a room full of women building something.

You can still get your ticket, and there's a payday discount happening right now.

If you know any woman living in Cork, send this their way because this is exactly the kind of room they'd want to be in.

The link is in my bio.
