There is something undeniably regal about a Coptic Orthodox wedding. 👑🤍

The crowning of the bride and groom, the exchange of rings, the prayers and the sacredness of standing before God. Every detail carries a meaning that goes far beyond what meets the eye. It is a beautiful reminder that marriage is not simply a celebration of love, but a holy sacrament and a commitment made before Christ.

And moments this beautiful deserve to be remembered exactly as they felt.

There is something so sacred about beginning your marriage in the house of God. 🤍

In the Coptic Orthodox Church, marriage is more than the joining of two people. It is a holy sacrament, a commitment made before God, and the beginning of a life built on faith, prayer and love.

Watching the bridal party enter, the families gather and the bride and groom stand before the altar is a beautiful reminder that a marriage is not simply about the day itself, but about the life they are beginning together with Christ at its centre.

And what a place to begin. The Heavenly Cathedral in Sharm El Sheikh is truly magnificent, a setting that makes an already sacred moment feel even more extraordinary. 🕊️

If you guessed speeches, you’re right🤍

Speeches might just be one of my favourite parts of a wedding. There’s something so special about capturing the people who love you most, standing up and publicly declaring that love through their words.

It’s not something we get to experience in our everyday lives, and I think that’s what makes it so beautiful. Watching everyone pause, listen and be completely present in a moment filled with so much love is something truly special.
