It is only now in my last week of breakfast class that I realized the importance of what my very first chef at school said “these books are like gold” - Chef Vanessa Mendoza All my recipes from this first semester and all my ideas for my specials in class have made it into this book and for that I feel grateful to be pushed to use it for my success! Thank you to all who I have got to work and share ideas with. #culinaryarts #saitculinary #learning #personalsucess #inspiration by @the_daily_makes
