Today, I found myself wondering why people feel the need to broadcast the exact coordinates of wonderful locations to total strangers on the internet—essentially plastering them on a billboard for all to see.
First and foremost, it’s about ego gratification and self-aggrandizement—“Look where I am” or “Look where I’ve been”...
Then, the mental brakes fail: the coordinates get posted, along with precise access routes and the like.
And in later posts, they complain about how crowded and trashed everything is, and how the locals have had enough—always blaming only the people who left the garbage behind...
No!!
Just stop plastering the addresses of beautiful places online.
Enjoy the moment and keep your mouth shut!

Everyone goes looking for that great, unique sense of freedom, only to end up taking a dump in their "Bestå unit on wheels"—parked right next to other white "Bestå units on wheels"—just so they can post about how beautiful it is out in nature in the IKEA parking lot...
Wherever there are lots of people, there’s a lot of shitting and trash being produced—so just stop shoving your tips in the faces of strangers online.

In the past, beautiful spots were shared only within your inner circle or with friends—you knew it was right...
Just stop flaunting the coordinates of a stunning location online to complete strangers—use your head and enjoy freedom!!

Creative Experimentation Day..

The story behind this setup is that I don't yet have a drilled well up by the house, so I experimented quite a bit to find a way to get lake water up to the house.
I now have a pump in the lake powered by solar energy that kicks in immediately whenever water is drawn at the house.
This allows me to run a washing machine—which I also put into operation today using solar power.
The entire system will be properly routed and permanently installed once the bathroom is built.

Honestly, as a dog owner I feel like a dog should be allowed to take a dump in the undergrowth in the woods without a plastic bag being whipped out immediately.
But hey, let’s just leave it sitting on top of a scorching-hot trash can—surely *someone* will eventually dispose of those fragrant little bags... This German double standard really gets on my nerves!
