Exploring one of our ecosystems today and I had a question...do we have a retention or detention basin? After gathering evidence, my scholars have made a unanimous decision!

My classroom is done! Those empty spaces on the wall will be filled with anchor charts when instruction starts. Since I kept the same theme from last year, I didn't have to do much...just added a few new items and two more on the way.
●●●
Lord, please bless the children that will be in my classroom. Let my room always feel like a place where all of my students feel like they belong, where they feel supported, protected, and loved. Guide me as their teacher to not only teach the standards but teach them to just be better people overall. Thank you for blessing me with this gift that I do not take lightly. In Jesus' name, Amen! ❤️
