POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Our parents didn't just deliver a generation — they delivered on God's plan to raise the next one. So now it's our turn. Millennials must deliver on God's plan for Gen Alpha and Gen Beta.

I'm not guessing on this — I'm researching, I'm still researching. But some things don't change. The rod of correction. The voice of correction. The structure of correction. These don't change. The push, the drive — we cannot relent on our children. Left on their own, they'll choose the screen over everything else. But once you're equipped with the right information, your capacity as a parent expands. You start to see what to do, not just react.

That's part of why I'm making this post.
As we close out this holiday and step into a new season — don't relent on your children. Don't agree to let them fail. Because one failed generation becomes a burden for the next. One child raised without correction can affect an entire generation.

So we raise them — resting in the way of the Lord, in character, in learning, in skill. by @the_emanager

A client sent me a list of 82 items and asked for 10–15% discount on ALL of them 😭

I fainted. Came back. And still found a way to make it work.... 13 years in hospitality has taught me this — everyone wants premium quality, but not everyone wants to pay a premium price.

The skill isn't just in delivering excellence.
It's in finding the balance between what the client wants and what keeps your business alive.
That's the real work nobody talks about.

8 years ago, I didn't have a trust fund or huge startup capital. I had a single smartphone and a passion for hospitality.

Today, that same passion has grown into 3 online brands that serve multinationals and corporate organizations.

If you are a woman waiting for the "perfect time" or a massive bank account to start—stop waiting. Your hospitality and kitchen skills are assets right now.

Last week, I dropped my ebook, Monetize Your Kitchen, for ₦5,999 to show you the exact blueprint I used to build this empire from scratch.

If you’ve been sitting on the fence, check your notifications later today. Something massive is dropping this evening for my fast-action takers.

Don't wait until the price or the value changes.

Tap the link in my bio to get your copy on Selar right now for ₦5,999!

These three mindset shifts stood out for me during the course of my day and whilst at BBY Conference:

1. You're allowed to unapologetically evolve from old versions of yourself.
2. Build with the end in view....i.e. Are you building for 5 years, or 2-3 generations ahead? That answer shapes every structure and every choice you make today.
3. If you want to go far, go with people who have gone far — people who see far.

The best version of me shines brighter every day, 💯 by @the_emanager
