My take on the scoop vs pluck debate and why scoop works for me.

Funny thing that scoop draw... if you work hard at it...you get better at it and in getting better...you become more efficient... and in that efficiency... you gain consistency over time.

Thank you to @echelonmedia for the video. Tampa Bay, he's your media guy.

"Only Dots" T shirt by @spartandefenselogistics, see him for that.

Also thank you to Tank, Dennis, and Darko for being in the video... whether you liked it or not.

Also thank you to @hunterfreelandshooting for his guidance and mentorship the last few years on and off the range.

Keep moving the dirt. Especially when no one is watching.

Always learning, always forward.

Finally....

Had to come back and retry @shooting_training_competing 's Lockwood 4x4 and do it within the time.

.99 clean, I'll take it.

The speed is in the flops and Miami Tiger Stripe shirt.

Fun and frustrating drill. Zero trigger freeze allowed in this one.

Big thank you to @t3tactical for giving me a space to get better at.

Growing a ROBUST skill set in 🔫 is a very BIG deal

As a professional who uses a firearm, @the_eseas is hyper focused on a LARGE capacity to be really good at handling his primary tool well.

He and I will be coming together to share our deep knowledge on October 25, in Duette, Florida.

Reach out to @the_eseas for information and to register for the class. taken in Duette, Florida by @the_eseas

Got a chance to run the trigger in this new 5" Tisas Comp NJG V1.

This things return to zero is silly good.

Enjoying the 407CompGR as well, the 6MOA is great for 20yd and in so far. I'm still a 2MOA lover, but it's nice to have different options.

Kyle Defoor's Hat Qual is one of my favorite drills with B8s.... and I have a love/hate relationship with B8s.

So I changed it to add some eye work and memory work. I give you...

The Hat Qual²:

-25yd
-2 B8s beside eachother
-2 mags of 5rnd
-fire 1rnd per target, transitioning every shot
-slide lock reload at 5rnd
-Goal: 90pt/+ in 10sec or less

Try it.

Let me know how you like it.

Do the hard stuff.

Pistol: @bul_armory SASII 5" TacPro
Porting: @dscgunworks V8
Optic: Holosun 507CompGR
Ammo: Monarch 115gr Steel Cased

Some days you're the hammer....

...other days you're the fool that forgot the mag you had in did you dirty the stage before and you forgot to swap it out ... then fumbled your way into making things worse.

I prefer to learn all my lessons the hard way.

IG is filled with cherry picked success stories, so here's a real fail in front of the bros.

Always learning, always forward.

Bill Drills for prizes.

Class competition is one of the best ways to build comradery among the homies, in my opinion.

Not everyone gets a prize.

Winners win.

Train to be a winner.
