Salutations, Salutations, Family! 🌍✨💚✈️🏖️🇧🇷💸🧿

Eternal Essence back at it again. I’ve been waiting almost two years to make this post—a Throwback Thursday to my first visit to Rio, the trip that changed my life, my mindset, and helped me step fully into my divine masculine power.

From that moment on, I made a choice—to always choose fulfillment, no matter what. And since then? Life has transformed completely. More friendships, deeper relationships, powerful networking, career shifts, and undeniable magic.

These past two years have been the ramp-up. Saving, planning, manifesting, preparing for this divine return to Rio Carnival. Last time, my time was short, but I still witnessed breathtaking views, life-changing moments, and pure energy.

Ironically, Instagram was down while I was there, so a lot of this never got shared—but now is the time. We are seven days away.

Seven days from now, my feet will touch Rio once again. And to everyone joining me on this journey—new friends, old friends, those I have yet to meet—I’m beyond grateful.

I pray that God guides us every step of the way, that Exu opens our paths, blesses our feet, and aligns us with every opportunity meant for us.

Happy solar return to the original. To the portal. To the Divine Mother.

One of the strongest people I’ve ever met. Probably the strongest. That’s why the energy sits the way it does. The blessings. The poise. The presence. The awareness.

Who needs GTA 6 when you’re literally living the real-life version? 🎮😂

Your life is the game — and you’ve got the codes. You just have to input the ones that create the reality you actually want.

Look how you want.
Have what you want.
Be where you want.
Do what you want.

To put it simply: this life is here to play.

I’ve been taking a little break from the reels and content lately and putting more energy into my health, fitness, quality of life, and creating life balance.

I’ve got a lot of goals I want to accomplish — not for anybody else, but specifically for me. And I’m enjoying the process just as much as I’m looking forward to what’s on the horizon.

There’s definitely some fun coming. 😏

Eternal Essence back at it again. ☀️♍️

Another solar return around the sun. This one was a doozy. This one was real. A rebirth in every sense of the word.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been rebuilding myself. Being mindful of my energy, what I put into my body, what I give my attention to, and how I take care of my mind and spirit.

I always compare life to a video game 👾👾👾If you remember San Andreas, depending on how you fed the character, trained the character, and moved through the world, the character changed.

I’ve always been the Essence. The physical form just keeps evolving.

There was a time when I was overweight, unhappy, and food was my comfort. I wanted to hide my stomach, hide my body, hide myself.

Being in the sauna everyday and always taking a photo is like a huge reminder of how far ive come so I appreciate being able to share that journey for someone who was so self conscious growing up

I can genuinely say I feel healthier, more connected, more aware, and more like myself than I ever have.

I’m grateful for my life. My body. My mind. My family. The few friends I have. The experiences, the lessons, and even the shit that had to fall apart for me to see things differently.

Take care of the character. Take care of the mind. Take care of the soul. Be mindful of what you consume and where your energy goes.

The physical form will continue to change. The Essence remains.

Grateful for another day. Grateful for another solar return.

Eternal Essence back at it again ♾️

It’s really interesting seeing how much people have been interacting with the story times and some of the reflections I’ve been sharing.

And I think I enjoy sharing them because, beyond whatever picture I post or whatever I happen to be doing at the time, the insight is probably the most genuine thing I can give you.

The inner monologue. The inner mind. The awareness behind the experience.

However I look is apparently just how I look 😂 I can change my body, change my clothes, get tattooed, take a million pictures—and now apparently AI can make us look like damn near anything anyway.

But none of that can really tell you what’s going on inside.

How I speak to myself, how I understand an experience, what I’m learning from it, what I’m questioning, what I believe and what I choose to give meaning to—that’s much closer to what I mean when I speak about the I AM.

And for me, so much of the work has been right there.

Building confidence. Becoming more aware of myself. Learning what I want and what I don’t want. Seeing where fear has influenced me. Catching behaviors that are completely counterproductive to what I say I want. Purging certain things, reinforcing others, and consciously rewiring the circuit board when necessary.

Not trying to become some perfect version of myself.

Just becoming more intentional about the version of myself I’m actually creating.

And naturally that changes what I entertain, what I give energy to, how I share myself and what I allow around me.

You set a certain standard within yourself and your life starts reflecting that standard back to you.

People come correct or not at all—and either way, it’s to your benefit.

You just have to be mindful.

That’s really what I enjoy sharing.

Not just what I’ve been doing.

What I’ve been seeing through it all. ♾️

Eternal Essence back at it again 🌀 some story time for this hurricane 😂🌧️

A little flashback to one of my favorite places to be… in the sun, in the water, happy ☀️🌊

Every time I get a new phone, I delete damn near everything. Fresh phone, fresh character, fresh storyline 😂 Somehow this became one of the first pictures that made it onto this one.

Almost two years to the date… and I was really in flux.

Within 6–7 months I left a career I had been in for 7 years, jumped into another that was quite lucrative but wasn’t aligned with what I wanted / dealing with mental health of my own and others , and pivoted again.

Alternative medicine. Content creating. Traveling. Socializing myself again. Becoming part of a community again.

Most importantly, putting myself first.

That also meant clearing unnecessary currents, relationships & obligations I had carried since I was young.

If you know me, you know I’m a friend first. I love helping and bolstering people up. But you cannot give someone a meta, goal, direction or trajectory they don’t want for themselves.

Friends fall out. Relationships change. Business goes left. People grow apart. I don’t need to hold grudges to understand where we stand.

People can call you selfish or self-centered, but eventually you have to ask:

Whose life am I supposed to be living?

Sometimes people aren’t at odds with you because you did something wrong… you simply stopped serving the role they wanted you to play. Be mindful of extraction programs. Mutual exchange is key.

Today I’m involved in things I genuinely love and am proud to stand behind. There will always be tests, triggers & unhappy people.

Ignore it.

It’s not about winning or proving anybody wrong.

It’s about being fulfilled and happy with what you’re doing with YOUR life.

As another solar return approaches, I’m grateful for everyone who arrived, everyone who left, everyone who stayed & everything that changed.

And somehow… we’re still smiling ☀️🌊

Eternal Essence back at it again ♾️

A flashback to a space where I can honestly reflect on the last 35 years.

I honestly feel like these last couple years I’ve consistently gotten tatted just as much for the reflection as I have for the art.

The space to make time.
Set intention.
Clear everything out.
Receive codes. Receive upgrades.

And honestly, because of the safe space J @jpumatatts provides to really deep dive into all the matters that actually matter.

Family. Life. Death. Mental health. Physical health. Spirituality. Boundaries. Relationships.

To the point where sometimes the art itself feels like the bonus.

As we close in on another solar return, these days I reminisce more—not to live in the past, but to move on from it, understand it, and acknowledge just how far I’ve come.

Reminiscing on that chubby kid walking home from school listening to some of the most violent rap you ever heard 😭🤣 all while trying not to let the Walkman skip.

Life is funny like that.

35 years of different versions of myself. Different coping mechanisms. Different relationships. Different lessons. Different understandings of God, life, myself, and what actually deserves my energy.

And through all of it, one lesson keeps becoming clearer:

Put yourself and your mental health first.

No matter what coping mechanisms we’ve picked up along the way, no matter what we’ve had to survive, we can always become more conscious of what we carry, what we entertain, what we give our energy to, and what it’s finally time to leave behind.

These days, I’m grateful just to be able to look back.

Grateful for the kid I was.
Grateful for the man I became.
Grateful for the lessons.
Grateful for the people still here.
Grateful for another day.

And we happily stand in God and give thanks for another one.

week away from another solar return. ☀️

Eternal Essence back at it again.

Another cycle around the sun, and if anything has become clearer, it’s this:

Your Energy is the currency. Systems in place to source you without our consent.

Pay attention to how many things are constantly competing for your energy.

Your attention. Your emotions. Your desires. Your fears. Your reactions. Your time.

So much of what we experience is designed to keep us in perpetual motion — reacting to one thing, consuming another, chasing the next, distracted by something else — until we’ve given everything our energy except our own lives.

Once you recognize the loop, you don’t have to keep participating in it.

Mind your business.
Ignore the attempts to engage.
Question what demands your attention.
Stop reacting on command.

Put God first. Put yourself first.

Give your energy to what actually creates something in your reality. Your peace. Your body. Your purpose. Your people. Your experiences. Your freedom.

And never become too predictable.

Patterns require repetition.

Break the pattern.

Move when you want to move.
Disappear when you want to disappear.
Change direction without explaining yourself.

They can’t keep you in a loop you’re no longer willing to repeat.

Funny enough social media is a huge energy farm but maybe this is the only way you’d be able to read this message.

Had to do another character upgrade.

New tools. New lessons. New perspective. Same game? Thats to be seen

life scatters the pieces on purpose. Not to end your story—but to see if you’ll have the patience, love, faith, and discipline to put yourself back together.

Every setback is another side quest.

Every friendship, every conversation, every act of kindness, every challenge, every victory… another piece of the build.

Keep the heart light. Tell the truth. Protect your peace. Do good work. Stay grateful.

That’s how you unlock the next level.

The sun still rises regardless of what happened the day before.

Same mission over here. Shine and be who you naturally are unapologetically. In good faith All praise to God.

Eternal Essence back at it again. ☀️🌴

Healing a tattoo during some of the hottest days of the year was absolute torture 😂 but the reminder remains the same:

Movement. Hydration. Clean nutrition. Sunlight. Good energy. Focusing on self.

These have been the constants. They are the constants. And they will continue to be the constants.

There’s nothing better than fresh air, nourishing food, medicine in all its forms, sunlight on your skin, movement in your body, and gratitude in your spirit.

Taking care of yourself isn’t a phase. It’s the lifestyle.

Heal. Move. Nourish. Receive. Give thanks. Repeat.
