What if your faith doesn’t need all the answers? 🔥

What if truth is bigger than any one religion, tradition, or point of view?

Unitarian Universalist minister Forrest Church put it beautifully:

“Each window illumines Truth in a unique way.”

That’s one of the things I love about Unitarian Universalism. We don’t ask everyone to look through the same window.

Some find meaning in Christianity.
Some in Judaism or Buddhism.
Some in Humanism, Earth-centered spirituality, science, or reason.

Some are searching.
Some are questioning.
Some simply don’t know.

There’s room in the circle for all of them. 🌈

Because your window doesn’t have to grow darker for someone else’s to shine.

We can stay curious instead of certain.
Listen instead of dismiss.
Ask questions instead of demanding answers.

And sometimes, looking through someone else’s window helps us see something beautiful we couldn’t see from our own.

That’s pluralism.

Not believing that every answer is the same, but recognizing that none of us sees the entire view.

So widen the circle.
Make room for another perspective.
Keep asking questions.
Keep choosing love.

Many windows. One light. A circle wide enough for all of us. 🌎❤️🔥

What if equality isn’t about proving “I’m as good as you” but recognizing “You are as good as I am”? ❤️

Unitarian minister Theodore Parker put it beautifully:

“Democracy means not ‘I am as good as you are,’ but ‘You are as good as I am.’”

That idea speaks deeply to Unitarian Universalist values.

🔥 We widen the circle by making room.

Room for different stories.
Different beliefs.
Different identities.
Different experiences.
Different ways of understanding this incredible world we share.

UU faith doesn’t ask us to agree on every answer. It invites us to ask questions, explore possibilities, listen to one another, and keep growing.

Because disagreement doesn’t have to diminish dignity.

Perhaps one of the greatest gifts we can offer the world is a bigger circle and a longer table where you don’t have to believe what I believe to belong.

You don’t have to walk my path for me to respect yours.

You are as good as I am.
You have inherent worth.
And there is room in the circle for you. 🌈🔥💛

Widen the circle. Choose love. Make the world better.
